Hotel HBlue Centro

Staff was wonderful and very helpful, nice someone spoke English and could help with planning side trips.

Shower head needed to be replaced. Water pressure terrible. I couldn't even get all of the soap out of my hair when I washed it.

It is a beautiful Boutique style Hotel. Staff was very helpful, the rooftop pool area is fantastic

The location is not walking distance from downtown and the Malecon. It doesn't seem like a safe area to walk around near the Hotel.

Extremely noisy in room 505!! Almost as if there were no glass pane in the window frame !! Noisy cars + of course dogs barking all night (which sadly is everywhere in Baja ¿¿¿¿) makes it for difficult nights ¿¿

We have stayed here twice now. The staff, and I mean ALL the staff, are wonderful. The beds are heavenly. The rooms are great. We love this hotel. The rooftop bar and pool area is modern, hip and comfortable! A great place to relax.

The included breakfast is interesting, but we didn't stay there for the breakfast. The pool is sort of small and definitely a rinse and refresh pool, but its on the roof! How can you beat that?

This is the place to stay while visiting La Paz! The hotel and staff were amazing. Super clean, incredibly comfy, and a perfect location. We couldn't have had a better stay:)

the rooms and the view.This is my second time visiting La Paz and this hotel. Definitely a very nice place to stay. The view from the terrace is amazing and walking very little is the boardwalk.

Kindness/attentiveness of lovely staff. Always happy and smiling... fantastic service! Can't praise  all HBLue Staff ..can't remember both girls names but everyone so helpful and kind. Beautiful hotel/beds comfortable.

Barking dogs next door woke us couple nights/not hotel fault. Unaware of construction going on/rooftop bar closed but we were well accommodated at nearby restaurant/hotel considerate with construction times/will definitely visit again.

The pool was nice but only waist deep. Their customer service was great. Room was clean and average

The breakfast was lacking flavor and options. I got a fish taco and the tortilla wasn’t even cooked. The first 3 days the shower head barely worked and the last day it was better. The bed was very hard.

Very friendly staff both their breakfast and our reception. Nice rooftop for a quick dip in a small pool or to have a drink. Location was convenient being a few blocks up from the boardwalk, allowing us to discover some great other restaurants and shops

We loved everything about the hotel! All of the amazing staff exceeded our expectations with their service. The Christmas decor and decorative accents were classy and beautiful. It was quiet, clean and well located. Great beds, pool and food!

We wished there would've been better meat/ protein options on the breakfast buffet. Bacon, sausage or ham at least 2 or 3 times during out 6 day stay. Also, the lighting wasn't very good. Hard to do your makeup.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Very nice view from the terrace.

It was a little far from the beach and restaurants. For young people not a problem but we had our mom 88 years old with us. To close to take a taxi and too far to walk.

We were on the 5th floor directly beneath the restaurant and heard a loud noise every time someone moved their chair above us

Everything was perfect, the pool on the rooftop not very big but just enough to chill with nice view. Also loved the happy hour

Central location. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.

The restaurant is small and a little slow. My room was right under the conference room and was noisy at times.

Rooms are ample, beds are comfortable, and staff was very courteous and friendly.

It was appreciated the breakfast was included but not quite the taste or variety. Even though we had to switch from our 1st room assigned because the view was a brick wall all around they were modern and beds were very comfortable. Lastly, we had a leaking AC unit. Reported it, seemed fixed but went back to leaking.
