The staff! I have a blind husband and they were very helpful when we requested a change in rooms to be closer to the elevators.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very cleanalthough, the hotel it is far from Malecón walking

Great location, just off the malecon but not too far - easily walkable to town. Plenty of parking, clean, good food, comfortable rooms and decent showers.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, the hotel was well secured gate was monitored and the parking has a security that makes sure you are a guest before you enter. Hotels has live music on weekends at the bar.

The food at the restaurant was ok but had a few flies could do better job placing something to avoid flies stopping on food.

Good location just off the malecón, walkable.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Cleanliness was not a top priority and just felt old. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel wanted an ID or passport left at the front desk to use beach towels. I’m not driving around with my license and definitely not leaving my passport with strangers for towels.

Property is pretty. Pool was nice but I was leaning against the side of the pool and blue paint wore off and got on my chest and bathing suit. Rooms were ok. Zero water pressure in the shower.

Paint at pool wearing off, no water pressure in shower, no water coolers on site for water bottles. Don’t provide coffee in lobby. Staff was not very helpful. I went to check out and the staff had me sit and wait for them to take a phone call that was unrelated, talk for 10 minutes and then tell me I was good to go rather than just tell me that before they took the call or put the call on hold. I don’t think this place is worth the money.

No hot water. Towels were gray looking, instead of white. They were also damp. Stayed here last year but won’t stay here again.

Great location with exceptional views. Excellent breakfast included and we got an unexpected upgrade

I loved everything, it has a beautiful view, it's very clean and very comfortable, the staff was excellent, I would definitely stay again

I liked the staff, cleanliness and the breakfast.

Well, the room was a little small but for the price I think it values.

Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room!

I was surprised to see that it was under construction, since the staff never disclosed this to us during our communications up to our stay. The hotel didn't have water service so they were trucking in water. There was 3 times during our stay that the water service ran out. There was also loss of power.

I booked a suite so the room was really spacious.

When we arrived, there was no water in our room. I tried to call the front desk to inquire, but the phone didn’t work either. I walked to the lobby and was told they were fixing a waterline. The water was out for approximately 1 1/2 hours. This happened a total of 4 different times during our 5 night stay. We were not notified this was going to occur prior to any of these incidents and were unable to shower or I’m use the restroom when the water was off (once for 2 hours). The power was shut off for 2 hours on another day, but at least they notified us that time. Another issue we had is the neither of the 2 tv’s in our room we’re working. Maintenance came up and was able to get 1 of the to work. The 2nd tv never worked. We were told we were going to get a 20% refund however, I have not received it and doubt I will get it.

They cut the water for hours in two days was taken shower when they cut it I definitely I disappointed them if they notice about this probably I take shower early or brushed my teeth early but was not happened I was out of water I decided to go out for a few hours
