The suite had a nice kitchen with fridge but no plates, cups, utensils.The breakfast was free at a nearby restaurant but not very good. The hotel is 3 blocks from the Malecon but the area around the hotel is a bit rundown. Parking lot views from room¿

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed my elder parents to go in to the room before check-in time, this was very nice of them.

The building is old, rooms are very basic. The building needs some updates. The toilet in my room broke down twice.

Nice and very helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was good to start every day and then explore La Paz. Good location.

Good location in the historic section of La Paz, a few blocks from the Malecon. Wifi was decent, room was spacious, staff was informative and helpful.

This isn't a high-end hotel, nor is it a boutique hotel, so adjust expectations accordingly. I did not try the free breakfast, so no comments on that. It is a bit on the older side, but that was not a problem.

What an excellent place. The service was amazing. The bell boy made sure we had everything we needed from coolers to free bicycles and taking us to a local fish market. They booked us on great tours at excellent prices. Quite clean rooms.

The pool was ok nothing to fancy and it was 3 blocks away from the water but it was quite being away from the main drag.

Great hotel and great location

Service was excellent. Room was ready for us. Everything worked in the room, except the bathroom fan was pretty noisy like parts were loose. Beds and lighting were adequate. Very close to the Malecón and museums. Free breakfast was good.

The location in the gastronomic area was close enough to the Malecon to access easily but far enough away to stay away from the discoes.

Decor was a little dated, kitchen don’t have many amenities (no oven etc) but it worked great for our purposes

Staff is exceptionally helpful. Location is very good for experiencing both malecon and older/interesting part of town

Beds were quite hard. bottom sheets are not fitted so loosen easily. Water just hot enough for showers

Great location close to the cathedral and several very good restaurants and cafes. Pretty secure parking lot in the hotel courtyard. My van cleared the entrance, but a high top sprinter van will not. A?C was great in the room.

Shower water pressure was pretty low. In room drip coffee maker had no filters or any coffee supplied, just a bare coffee maker.

The location and the staff attitude

The first room had bad smell due to humidity and no natural ventilation. The breakfast included is pretty limited and not worth to pay for

The hotel was located in a very nice spot. There were lots of great restaurants around. The personnel was great. The included breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great.

The personnel at the reception and were exceptional, as well as the chambermaids; nice, courteous and ready to serve. The room had an excellent size, as well as the bathroom. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable and the luggage space large enough.

The safe was small, because it could not fit an Ipad or a laptop. Although the breakfast was good, the selection was limited and the amount or food or drinks were limited, considering other Mexican 3 or 4 star hotels in which the breakfast is included in the price.

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Didn’t like Bri g on first floor but no biggie!

Location is great.

Breakfast was horrible. Our air conditioner started leaking. Pillows were uncomfortable.
