Room and building very clean and attractive

They did not have any of the amenities that you would expect at any hotel. No coffee, hair dryer, ice, face clothes, hand towels, bath towels, power converter for matching 120 volt items, no cups. Some listings showed they had breakfast. There was nothin

Very Clean with friendly staff. Located in a local neighborhood but not too far from the water front. Maybe a 5 minute ride.

Star rating was 3? No washclothswashcloths in the rooms. Somewhat noisy as the windows didn't really shut but considering the price it was a great deal and we were satisfied

The service was amazing.

A wonderful surprise, as we had never stayed in a Zar hotel before. Clean, cool, roomy, modern, comfortable. All good.

No complaints whatsoever.

Our room was not close to the elevator as requested--my wife is disabled and uses a walker, which is very tiring for her.

It's a basic hotel, clean rooms clean comfortable beds. It is about 5 min drive to the beach front and town center. Many restaurants and coffee shops are next to hotel. And 3 banks and ATMs across the street.

Poor clean, and too much noise at night, it was not possible to sleep, there are businesses that have machinery making noise all night

Good price. Great location and parking. Clean modern place. Quiet. A little Spartan on amenities. No refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. No hand or wash towels. No vending machines or coffee on site. .

No ice machines in entire hotel, no hot water, barely any warm water, front desk had to reprogram room key card every day and never informed me @ check in, construction in hallways and stairs, no refrigerator in room!

The location is right in front of Soriana supermarket and a PizzaHut. It’s close to the Malecón and just blocks away from the Transpeninsular highway

The shower and the wifi service which was always intermittent

Location is good, walking distance to markets and restaurants.Shirt driving distance to harbor and airport.New TV.

Beds matresses are old and very uncomfortable.Blinds in rooms are not modern.Bathroom: No curtain or door between shower and toilet which meant water gets out.No additional towels given for bathroom floor.Personnel at counter, not friendly at all.Wi-Fi connection is bad.

We did not stay for breakfast as we had to catch a bus to Loreto. The hotel was in a quiet location and was very clean. We were able to get a good night sleep and were ready to travel again the next day.

We found the shower water was cold. not sure if we did something wrong. We probably should have asked at the desk.

There was no hot water in the room we were given and there was a leak from the glass shower door which caused the bathroom to flood.We changed rooms and there was hot water but the same issue with the leaking and flooding.No hand towel in the bathroom room and no mat or floor towel in the shower/bathroom.It definitely was not worth what we paid.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!.Also, we connected to the wifi but it didn't work?
