Araiza Palmira Hotel y Centro de Convenciones

This whole hotel experience was terrible. I will never stay here again.

They gave my reservation to someone else so I had to stay in another room the first night and then move out then back in to another room the second day.. this was less than pleasant. I will NEVER stay there again.

The pool is very nice and well designed for kids. good service from staff. There is a tennis court. Room are a good size. The restaurant or the hôtel is fine.

Saw cockroaches, had to tell staff to broom under the beds. There is not much at a walking distance from the hotel.

The malecon was a few steps away but still a little far from downtown

The AC wasn't working properly, it was super loud and you could see mold inside of it. The receptionist when we checked didn't put much effort to be friendly.The hotel has seen better days, it was clean but it's not well maintained

The staff is un professional and rude I asked to be moved because the a/c was making a lot of noise

I wish the bed was a more comfortable and that the shower had more pressure. We also had difficulty locking the door when we would go out. The door wouldn’t lock easily so we did struggle at times to get it to lock.

It was in a good location and malecón was about 10 minutes driving. My kids enjoyed the pool and gym.

The shower was not working properly, had to call maintenance two times to come and fix it. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. This hotel has so much opportunity to be better and upgrade its hotel.

Paid to have breakfast in the mornings and the food was very good. Had dinner a couple of nights and the food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no body wash as promised….had small disks of bar soap. I shared a bed with my wife and granddaughter had the other bed. The beds were smaller than full size and very hard. Toilets did not flush that well.

Bath and shower need a little updating but , I would stay here again

English tv and room was very comfy. they couldn’t provide king room when we checked in early so gave us buffet breakfast free! Very accommodating!

They have not enough towels for the pool, breakfast buffet is not that great. The rooms need a it more attention to detail on cleaning.

The breakfast was pretty good, also it was nice to have purified water available. The shower and hot water were pretty good.

The rooms are very dated and ugly, it didn't match the outside, also there was not a refrigerator and zero sound isolation, I could hear the neighbors conversation for most of the night.

loved this place!! the room was clean with a king bed and great aircon. the breakfast was the best with lots of options and a chef making omelettes and pancakes etc for free. the breakfast staff were soo good and always topping up your coffee. there was live music too with the breakfast. the hotel also offers free tennis.

the aircon was slightly loud but we were grateful to have it anyway. the pool is very cold

The hotel staff is great, everyone is very helpful and friendly, they were very gentle.

The room is so small, the towels are so old and the bathroom too.

The place looks very ran down, when I made the booking it included morning breakfast. I was charged first day then told the rest were free. I was given complimentary breakfast second day then third day charged again all diferentes prices for same breakfast buffet I spoke with manager he agreed to not charge but they still did I told manager he blamed booking and told me to call them. Using the toilet was painful because the toilet seat would pinch your but when u got off. Place smelled like cigarettes. People smoking by the pool around children even with no smoking signs posted . Beds were so old and stained with blood . 7 am maintenance guy wanted to enter our room to fix ac with was working fine. Did not have a TV remote until last day. Over all the place looked like it was being neglected and very deteriorated . Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Biggest waste of money! Never going back.
