Nice beach and location for the area

Staff rude, shower leaked all over the room every time I used it and the keys never worked so I had a stack of 8 by the time I left....you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms....this is an 80s resort on its last legs but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is older and has a nice Mexican feel about it. It's built so that all the rooms have an ocean view. There is a high end Italian restaurant at the water and one by the pool with beach bar. You will be entertained by the many roaming cats aroun

There is a 10 meter section of wooden beach sidewalk that needs to be refurbished so it can be reopened.

Both rooms dirty. Bathroom had feces on the wall. A/C smelled really bad. Walls had smashed bugs still on the wall.

It looks like it needs some care and maintaining as we found some things weren't working as they should. Gym can't really be considered one when it's tiny and only 2 machines work.

The location right on a beautiful beach was fantastic! The outdoor restaurant at the water was also an amazing setting.

Staff assistance with the room temperature remote control device was non existent. I gave up and turned off the unit

Room was not in good conditions. Towels and beds were dirty and stained. Staff was rude for asking for a refund

Well situated on water and small private beach. Palapas and bean bag chairs very comfortable. Loved having dive shop on premises. Nice pool area. Nice family suite with kitchen and terrace over looking beach.

Did not like the fact you had to buy all food and drink from the resort and could not bring own beverages to the beach. I was very disappointed that the resort only provided one small water bottle per person per day. I have stayed in many resorts in Mexico and they have always provided unlimited drinking water in large bottles that we were able to access 24/7. This put the cost on us to purchase.

The beach area with umbrellas and right on beach was nice, the loud noises from neighboring rooms makes you feel you are in a Motel in California

Can hear your neighbors , no privacy at night or early morning if you are trying to sleep in or have a romantic night with your partner . Also, the restaurant service is super slow. We ordered breakfast at 11:45am and didn’t get our food until 12:45pm, and there were only about 25 people eating .

The location is great and it was perfect to have a bar and restaurant right on the water.

The rooms were dated and the toilet didn’t work, even after informing the front desk.

Worst place we’ve stayed at in Mexico.

The hotel is rundown. The room was dirty with a bad musky smell. The A/C unit sounded like it was about to go out and made noise all night long. They claim to be pet friendly but they don’t allow pets at the pool side,restaurant, grounds nor the beach and said they would fine us if we were caught walking the dog on the beach. They charge 800 pesos per day per dog. We had no choice but to stay here because our planned confirmed booking canceled last minute.

The location and bedroom were excellent, the beach amazing and the bar and restaurant couldn't be better, definitely return...

The toilet was old and constantly kept draining the water, which is not a real problem I can fix every time but for the price I think it could be better...

The location was perfect. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast menu- good food.

The Grounds, pool and beach area was beautiful. The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms need serious updates, they are old, the shower head was terrible.

My third time back. Surely, this hotel has seen better days. However, the hotel has a quick access to the beach, breakfast is available as well as lunch and dinner. The rooms must definitely need a lift me up and the linen. Yet, it has a charm due to the great beach access the food services. The staff are great. I also wish they can store your luggage for few days.
