The new rooms were very nice. Architecture and grounds were excellent.

Brenda! The receptionist was unbelievably rude. Amazing that this woman is in the public realm at all. She alone tarnished our hole experience.

Made a reservation for a two bedroom suite and was satisfied with the room and cleanliness. Pool was nice to enjoy in the morning as checkout is at noon. Love the late checkout time

Everything was wonderful. The location is a little off the main drag, which we loved and everything was clean and beautiful. There is an amazing burrito stand just to the south of the property and it was fantastic.

The on site restaurants were not great. We found the food to be overpriced and bland. Also, there was minimal coffee in the room and the restaurant coffee was not tasty.

Room was very large for a family of three. Great host to answer any questions we needed. Good location for all activities.

Gorgeous grounds, great location, peaceful! Next to good restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the bustling section of the Malecon.

I was surprised that the pool wasn't heated and so is too cool for swimming outside the summer months.

The pictures of the room that booking.com offered when I booked the room on-line was not the one I received when we arrived at the hotel!!! When I mentioned it to management they were not able to honor the room I expected, instead I was given a discount and had to stayed the 8 days in a room that I was not happy with. BE AWARE !! WHEN RENTING ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL YOU GET WHAT YOU BEEN OFFERED.

The rooms very spacious

The bar was not opened during the week with minimal service in the pool area.

The room was spacious and bright. Having our personal veranda to enjoy coffee or cocktails was really nice.

Because the location in on the waterfront malecon (boardwalk), there is a lot of traffic noise by the pool.

Great pool and the restaurant next door was a huge plus. Also the staff was very helpful

Rooms were large, clean, and nice. The property and grounds were manicured and maintained, and the pool was pretty and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. It was about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area. There’s a cute restaurant and bar on the property, and a delicious mariscos restaurant 1-2 minutes walk away. The website photos don’t do this hotel justice. It’s so beautiful here. Will definitely be back for another stay.

There was a weird smell that came from the bathroom sink.

View is still beautiful, maid service is extremely efficient.

Changed the pool n hard to swim in. It's not as deep as before. Now longer have jacuzzi as before n as advertised. Bed extremely hard.
