This hotel is located 3 minutes’ drive from Tijuana’s WTC, and right across of Macroplaza Shopping Mall, where the main shopping area and financial district is placed. The modern, air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The spacious rooms at City Express Tijuana Insurgentes have attractive light wood furniture. All have long-distance telephone lines, a working desk and safety deposit box. The private bathrooms have a shower. The City Express Tijuana Insurgentes features a modern gym. - it was filthy and smelled so so bad as if someone had vomited in the room. there was no way to get rest due to the smell and we actually had to stay up during the night. it was a horrible experience. we were afraid to report the issue
- Close to the mall and many restaurants, good breakfast and nice staff.
