Holiday Inn Mexicali - Centro Civico by IHG

Nothing the bed were really uncomfortable hard like a rock. I had requested to change room and didnt mind if I had to pay more and they refused. They said hotel was full but yet parking place was empty.

The dining room was really dirty. Someone had drop a spoon and staff just picked it up and place it back on the food trail after it was dropped and stepped by a client.

The staff was friendly and professional.

The room was not good. It smelled like sewer and the air conditioner was super humid.

Clean bed/ sheets

AC unit was too loud. Also no smoke detector. Also I almost stepped on a screwdriver left on the restroom floor.

Broken toilet seat, not hot tub , 1 Towle, rude staff. And they think coffee is for the rich and famous

The front desk Clerk was rude he said I didn't had a reservation at first , after I showed him the reservation he could give us a room.

The room are really spacious good for that the pool is cool !

Really poor cleaning ethics low counting on towels and not cleaning service at all! PLUS I HAVE MISSING TICKETS SOMEONE STOLE FROM THE ROOM!!!!!! ¿¿

Tthe staff was excellet, the treat you very well, amenities were clea. I dont kow why other people have writte the opposite. but my experience was great.

they were remodeling and there was construction in some of the floors. I understood that this is for the good of the business.

Receptionist not very welcoming. The hotel was pretty empty and we were given the one room that did not have a view.

Management needs to be trained in empathy.

Air conditioning didn¿t work, refrigerator was not in room, maid service was not provided until 3pm. Management gave every excuse to not rectify the problems.

Everything was awful, actually it was a nightmare. It started as we walk in hotel, we checked in and after checked in we were notified that elevators weren¿t working so we walked four flights of stairs. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn¿t even hear

Location and the size of the bed, friendliness of cleaning staff.

Need to be more clean, i saw alot of hair in the bathtub and bathroom area. I also found a charger that did not belong to me which means room was not cleaned well.

Room was not ready, keep me waiting 1.30 to give me the room., Room In Poor conditions, need a better maintenance people, bathroom in poor condition humidity and mold. Towels very old and used, ac smell like humidity, very bad experience.

La habitaci¿n estaba inundada y con mal olor. Nos cambiaron a otra pero no estaba muy limpia, la s¿banas ten¿an sangre.

Location and plenty of parking.

Rooms cold hotel ran out of portable heaters. Staff no response to request for portable heater I am the one that had to follow up to be told they didn¿t have any available.

Convenient location to our family¿s home.

The hotel room was very old and dirty; it looked nothing like the pictures. The door was broken, bed sheets were dirty/stained, Bathroom was dirty and extremely old. Furniture in the room was torn and damaged. Not a family hotel at all.

The staff is friendly, especially Sergio that greeted us. Every time he saw us he always said hello. Overall the stay was pleasant. King size bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. I like the fact they allow you to self park in front of the entry.

I didn't like that when we arrived in the evening, there were no towels at all in the room. The A/C is very noisy. There's a train that goes by in the middle of the night blowing the horn. The water has a foul smell when you first open the faucet.

Check in took too long. The staff was not able to locate my reservation. Took over 30 minutes to check in

The lobby has been upgraded very nicely. Great Customer Service from every Staff member we encountered.

The room was nice, but needed some upgrades. Holes in the wall by the window, covered by curtains. Nighttime, it got very cold, asked for a a heater, but the one that was sent did not work, had to wait until the next day to ask for one that worked

Nothing very bad hotel

Pool had very sharp floor and cut my foot and hotel didn¿t do anything about it

the hotel room was very clean and had a nice lobby. Hotel employee is the nicest most attentive employee there.

Housekeeping never left towels in the bathroom after cleaning. I stayed for 3 nights and I had to call reception 2 times for towels. Rooms didn't have a fridge or microwave which is a big inconvenience when traveling with kids.
