the Location

Parking is one car behind another. Had to be woken up because a guest behind our vehicle was leaving was inconvenient when we had a long night. We had 3 rooms and they all smelled a little like someone had just cooked. And shower had leftover hair.

We?ve stayed here twice and both times have been great. The location is perfect. The area is safe and even through the room is pretty basic, it?s exactly what we were looking for. The bed is actually really comfortable! You can?t beat the price!

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom slightly smelled like smoke. I think they might need to change the fan filter or something in the bathroom. Other than that the place was very clean.

Looks nice outside and staff are somewhat friendly.

The room was dirty and unclean and some weird suspicious activity was going on in the room across the hall. We had to leave because there was suspicious activity and a note was slipped under the door asking if they could borrow our charger.

Extremely noise, paper like walls, you could hear all the conversations next door, aisle, and cars on front and side streets. Parking is very bad, cars are blocked, and need to ask assistance from front desk to look for car owners to move them

Location is good, nice restaurants around area. Walking distance to a plaza.

Parking is terrible, very limited and crowded. Had to move my vehicle several times to afford other customers access out. They were limited in keys for rooms. Was given only 1 key and was told that my other guest would have to ask front desk for access.

What I liked the most is that their staff is interested in the well-being of the client, they try to solve any problem quickly

Yeah! the floor was not clean and the shower was also dirty, they need to supervise cleaning more

It is very clean, room was as described.

Only 2 towels, if you want to get more towels, you need to take the 2 towels showing they were used. Front desk not very friendly. Only one tiny bar soap and one tiny shampoo were provided. No phone in the room to talk to front desk. Will not stay again.

I stayed in this hotel before and it was a lot better, now is not that good anymore. No coffee in the room or the lobby, not enough towels for the number of guests in the room and the parking is always a headache in this hotel.

It was clean and had a small stove, refrigerator and microwave and two queen beds

I didn't like that it says suites but in reality it's just a hotel room with sink, brigand micro since there were NO amenities for the suite. NO plates, cups, utensils pots to use if you desired to cook or heat something. No snacks in lobby.

The front desk staff was friendly and was able to accommodate the changes of room as I asked due to the first room was too noisy. Thank you.

Just the rooms by the streets are too noisy. The back rooms are more quiet and I was able to sleep better.

Nice place. Parking is tight though.

Bed was only a double and not a queen. It was comfortable, so no complaints.

The ladies at the front desk. Very nice and always a smile.

The bed frame was loose in my room and made a lot of noise when I got in and out of bed.
