Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mexicali By IHG

Hotel employee was absolutely wonderful!! He welcomed us in, with our service dog. He answered all of our questions, offered us water and lemonade, and made us feel comfortable.

The location was great, near the place we need it. Plus the hotel has many good places to eat nearby.

They do not have separate parking for hotel guests. You are fighting for parking with people going to all shops and restaurtants.

Close to everything. Bed was really comfortable!

You can hear noise from other rooms and people walking by. The worse was that at night you can hear people snoring in the room next door.

They say they are dog friendly but they are not unless you have a trained service dog with documentation....which I do and even then they want to charge you $50 plus a $100 deposit. The manager was kind enough to waive the fee. Appreciated.

Hotel didn't have A refrigerator. Pool not heated. They assigned a room with a poor view. Close to malls/movie theaters, Resteraunts.

I always stay here when I go to Mexicali don’t know what happened that night I’ll probably start going to the new one next two it Marriott

I check in late thinking I will get a good sleep when suddenly I herd a loud noise like some blew up it was load I could go back to sleep so I got up a couple hours after checking in a drove back a cris the border came home

The staff are wonderful. The facility is perfect for family stays. Lastly, the free breakfast meets all expectations. The breakfast has many options for the whole family.

The maids where friendly and helpful. But left a iPad in room and was so stressed because they gave me the ran around that they would go check and never called me back. I even told them where it was. ( between the mattress & box spring. )

I forgot my iPad in the room and they gave me the runaround I had to call back three times before I finally as for the supervisor. I told them if I had to call the police I would. But the supervisor told me he had it. I don''t understand Why This happen

I didn't have very high expectations going in but they surpassed all of them. The staff is wonderful, the location is great, the room was lovely and as someone who travels to Mexicali on business quite frequently this is my new go to.

I did like the location it is close to restaurant and stores.

I didn't like the pool is to small.

The room was spacious, very clean, secure and staff was very helpful and friendly.
