Lots of middle easterners. No manners.

The Location

There was noise all night long. We could hear the staff, the clients, the cars on the street and at 3:00 AM someone started banging something with a hammer. I call the lobby to reported but our concern was ignored. We couldn't sleep at all.

No shanpoo no soap toilet seat is very cheap No AC outlets to charge youre phone door knobs fall out they need to upgrade this hotel beds are to firm

The room was large and we got our king sized bed that we were supposed to get but seldom do.

Manager & office staff were incredibly rude & unhelpful.They went in our room without permission,stole money then lied & made false accusations saying rubbish was in the room.which were our belongings.we were moving.kicked us out denying our reservation.

Not a very expensive place; however, you pay for what you get.

A lot of noise from guests with high volume music. Staff needs to work on their people skills.

The breakfast was great, the location not very good as there is nothing around there within walking distance where you can go and even eat a taco.

The fact that there’s nothing around that you can go for a walk and eat, there’s not even any soap to take your shower. You have to buy your own soap from what I can see when I arrive there they want to keep my passport as a guarantee, even though I had rented on booking.com

Rooms are spacious, location is were i need to be for appointment's, street rooms near street can be very loud.

staff front desk female greeted me with "what do you want" not very friendly, did not provide information on why they keep ID apparently guest steal the remotes for TV and AC so they keep your ID till you return remotes upon check out so you cant leave at around 3am without visiting office.

The price.

I rated it low because the room was not clean, the floors were filthy, the towels were old and rough, there were stains on the bed cover, only one small window to open for air. The room did not match the rating I saw when I booked.

Staff and security are very good.

The mattress was too hard for me. I wasn't able to lock my door from the inside. I had to leave my driver's license at the registration.

Bed was to hard and mattress was old, never were able to sing in to the WiFi we had a really bad night sleeping between

Parking lot too close to park my small car, windows curtains weren’t dark enough to prevent the night lamp or the sun to shine on my face and no cable tv only 4 live channels.

Noisy from other tenants and the boulevard.Coffee was cold and staff not friendly

Well is a simple room

I didn't like that there is no hairdryer, not even a small blanket, one of the lamp was not working good and the parking was very full ....

Mattress was old and deformed, toilet seat was loose. They increased the price but the rooms stayed the same.

They do their best to present a nice clean room. Parking was good. People were friendly.

It was an old property.

There was no breakfast served . The location was ok . But way to much noise in the middle of the night trying to sleep people talking very load and making load banging noises in the middle of the night right next to your room windows are so thin you can hear everything ..The parking lot was very packed one parking lot full of cars .

Rooms are very close to freeway so it gets loud the cars passing by the rooms. Didn’t see a refrigerator in the rooms
