The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable except the pillows

The pillows it wasn?t comfortable

Size of the room and the location, not walk in distance ro activities, but if you drive and know where you want to go, it works even better

1) the hard bed, very hard2) many mosquitoes by the shower area3) good TV but none HD channel, take the memory back to 90's

Nothing!! As soon as arrive, someone came to tell us " its 540 pesos for 5hrs "! It was wired and the manager called the room to say there was too many ppl in the room , when I had told the girl in the front. That I would have my parents till time to go to the airport. I do not recommend, I paid for nothing. We did not stay the night, it was too creepy.

Shower was beautiful. Comfortable pillows. Staff very friendly.

Bed was a little hard. AC wasn't cool enough. Didn't have the correct remote for TV to turn the audio to English.

The staff was amazing. When I asked for a bottle of wine, they delivered the bottle with two glasses and a cork screw. When the chef was not available and I got hungry in the middle of the night the manager went out of his way and ordered me a pizza. There are also staff there throughout the day that have very good English comprehension so I didn't have to completely speak Spanish in order to communicate - though it is a godsend to have Google Translate on your phone with the offline translation downloaded in case someone who speaks English isn't there.

The first room that I stayed in when I first visited the property had a functioning heater. The next room that I stayed in did not, and it got a little cold at night. I did however bring my own blanket and it was able to keep me warm throughout my visit. Next the wifi leaves a little to be desired - in that its not always up when you need it to be. the signal strength also isn't that great. The pillows (even though they are very clean) are very stiff. I recommend bringing one from home or buying a new cheap one before checking in just in case.

The garage so cool to be able to tuck my vehicle inside a garage. I didn't have to unpack it like I usually do! Loved the location as I came through the East Gate border crossing and was very tired. It was so close and so easy!

One of the electric socket didn't have electricity and my phone and hearing aids went dead and I didn't realize it until a.m. Also not enough lights in the bathroom and sink needed a stopper.

The staff was very friendly especially the lady that worked nights that escorted us to our room. I love how each room had its own parking garage attached to it. The shower was my favorite part of the room. Super quiet, clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.

This Adult-Only Hotel was the worst lodging I had ever envountered! The room heating function did not work at all! The hotel management DID NOT do anything to alleviate the room heating deficiency, i.e., did not try fixing the heating unit, did not try moving me to another room, did not refund me for the price of the room even when Booking.com had requested the refund!!

Personal garage was nice. Decor was pretty

Room smelled funny. Bed old and hard. No blankets, room was cold. Setup of floor with raised sections was dangerous. WIFI info was not offered or visible in room.

I like the privacy of the hole room and garage. The lighting of the bedroom the shower.

The water came out dirty brown color for a few seconds while I was brushing my teeth." that kind of sucks" . That's why I didn't give it a 10.

I was able to check in earlier than check in time (on a Tuesday). You have your own garage (a plus on sun city Mexicali). A/C that works ?. "Adult" oriented although I rent get it for that ? They sell you "accessories" for that kind of stay. They also sell food, beverages/liquor if desired. A great place for the price I paid. $30 the day.

The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have a cook at hand to buy food.

it was nothing like the pictures, not clean, stayed two night and they didn’t even change the sheets or clean the room.

Needs upgrade to look better.
