- The location was great. The rooms were very spacious, modern, with all the amenities.
- The worse hotel by far!! They make you wear a bright green paper tag with the name of the hotel super unsafe considering it?s Mexico every one knows you are a tourist and what hotel you are staying at. Front desk so rude. So much so that I only stayed o

- One night. Parking literally 5 parking spaces inside hotel parking and like 3 outside hotel after that is full immediately you have to find your own parking. Best western cid ? percent better cheaper cleaner safer amazing personnel plenty of safe parking

- Not a deal breaker but found odd that the bathroom had no toilet paper holder or hooks to hand your towel. No hangers in the closet either.
