Hyatt Place Aguascalientes Bonaterr

Staff was very nice and friendly!

They charge me for the rooms again when I arrived. They then refunded me & when I left on the 21st they billed the credit card I provided for incidentals $47.28. I called and they could not explained charges made by the hotel. Charge was disputed.

Clean rooms with very good bathroom facilities.

Location was very busy with traffic. Breakfast was ok.

restaurante, pet friendly

too far from everything and not a very good in and out to the hotel from the roads

Much of the staff spoke English, who were very accommodating. Very Good food/Great Chef. Room was very nice though bed a little hard. Water bottles in room. Best Thing was server/handyman Romeo. He was so very friendly and welcoming.

No wash cloth in bathroom. Small cheap napkins. Hyatt is supposed to be a class hotel and not having nice large paper napkins takes the hotel away from being classy. I was an assistant manager at a California Hyatt property.

Everything was clean, pet friendly, very well maintained and the staff were fantastic! The pool was well maintained and the breakfast was great! Best hotel we have stayed in Mexico

Not many restaurants in walking distance.

Staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Room was clean and comfortable, great location to work remote. I will stay again!

Easy to be booking good customer service.

Adverising and from Airport directions.

Almost everything

The first night that I arrived, the pool broke and it went on maintenence; I never could use it.

Very clean rooms.

We were on the east side so the AC had to work harder to keep the room cool.

Affordable, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Con-NO wash cloth providedFridge didn’t have upper freezer portion. I had freezer packs that need to frozen to keep my medications cold. I’m diabetic BUT staff allowed me to keep my meds in there fridge And kept my ice packs frozen….

Clean, smoke free, nice customer service!

Bed, cofee

Breakfast, cleaningless

Good breakfast and friendly staff, quite and secure location.

The breakfast options could have had more variety for vegans.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was nice but they didn’t have enough people working for a hotel that size.

The breakfast was really bad and even if included in the room rate, they charged extra 5 dollars for an egg or some cheese.

clean and staff was very nice. thanks to Leonel for making our stay enjoyable and recommending local spots!

comfortable, clean, quiet.

English was difficult.

Poor

Elevator broken, dirty pool. Some one stole our money

Hotel is brand new

Breakfast is ok, good service thought

Like the decoration. Very soothing

No lotion anymore. No bottled water. No pen & paper.

I like everything especially the staff they were really friendly

The only thing that I don’t like is how you have to drive to go the hotel, you have to take a street and keep going and then make a U-turn to come back to the hotel and there’s a little bit of Hassle just to go the hotel
