Good attention from the staff

I didnt expect it to be so small but I guess that’s the concept. It does work for a short stay I guess.

Convenience and price.

Could have been cleaner, very small with only two small stools to sit on.

Everything is simple but good. Nice bed, pillows and the people were always nice!

I needed to iron a couple of shirts and the iron in my floor was dirty and staining the shirts, then I went to another floor and the iron wasn't heating, I had to go to a third floor to finally be able to iron the shirt.

The room was clean

It was a further distance than I figured from centro. The room for two people is a bit cramped and there is no desk to work at or plug in extra devices. These rooms are very much within Eruo expectations. The size is not with in Mexico or US standards.

Location great for my needs. I went to see my specialist at MAC Norte hospital. Very clean, great price. Very polite staff

I was alone but I got two beds. I would have liked one bed only and more room for my luggage. But it was OK.

Bed its very confortable; room size it's ok, water temperature it's good.

Must improve pillows , also must be recomendable insulate rooms, rooms nearby are very noise when people is having sex;Must improve tv channels, should be great streaming content from a cellphone or any other device.

Very nice and some what clean the chairs and floor in the lobby where stained. They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned but switched us really quick after we told them.

Rooms are really small but doable definitely do not bring a lot of luggage if staying here.

How friendly the staff was

The shower would leak a lot but not much could be done. The way the shower is built and the type of shower head they had would spray towards the door.

Good-looking, big screen, lots of towels, good bed

No soap, half toilet roll, the house keeping lady came in one hour before check out time

clean, staff were nice, pets are allowed. it was fine for a one night stay

room was smaller than expected. wish there was a mini fridge

Avoid if possible, zero comfort

Very uncomfortable bed, cheap toilet paper, tiny room, awful lightning in the bathroom (it’s awful if you wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet). There’s not even a chair where you can sit on. And they don’t even give you drinkable water.

that it was just what is needed for a traveler who just wants a clean room and hotel to sleep and get back on the room. it was also very economical. if you want lots of amenities, this is not for you.

Awful smell from bathroom, the water Crain was broken and water was leaking to the ceiling, walls and floor. There was no soap in the shower.The shower door was not closing and water was leaking out on the floor.The cleaning can be improved. My room card stopped working and had to go down to the reception to activate it again.
