Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Aguascalientes Airport

Location very close to airport with shuttle included Also price was very affordable with clean rooms and great service . Breakfast included limited selection thought.

My son left a very important picture and a very expensive sunscreen but when I returned they told me they didn¿t find anything that why the rating

It was a really good experience, the hotel location was very accessible and easy to find out. The rooms was pretty clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was my favorite about this hotel.

All of this hotel was perfect

Price and clouse to the airport and free shuttle to airport and the breakfast great

None perfect

Cleanliness and comfort.

Not having scale to weight luggage.

Staff was very courteous and very accommodating . I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast

The pool was not open till 11 AM even they mention 9 AM opening time

They did not respond my email and message from booking.com only for the name revision of hotel receipt.

We like the location Is not our first time staying this location

We traveled with a 7 year old and she complained about the towels not being soft They really need to have a better access when driving south to north Having to drive all the way to the overpass is ridiculous

Staff very welcoming to weary travelers. Good value. Breakfast excellent. Hot showers!Did not get 2 beds as requested but a queen......but so tired it did not matter.

Smelled amazing once you walked in and looked clean.

When we checked in, the receptionist was not friendly. She did not inform us of the location of the room or elevator. Did not even informed us about breakfast or wifi. She seemed upset. Bad customer service. Other staff was friendly and informative.

Breakfast was sub par at best. Coffee so week not sure it was even coffee. Had to go to circle K to get decent coffee. Food was all cold except the soups. No yogurt. Fruit melon was not good. Just didn’t enjoy any of it.

Safety, clean and super friendly

Their facilities

The staff's attitude. It seems if they are bothered by guests and always trying to act as they are smart and you are stupid. Specially at the reception. A skinny guy with glasses. I was too busy with my work but next time, I´ll put him in his place myself.

The hotel is located near the airport. Also, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Airport convenience

No wifi, no food around, low stock in hotel supply shops

Location to airport. Cheap rates. Comfy and quiet

Heating did not work, and it was a cold night. No heat.

The staff was nice checked us in quick. The room was sooo comfortable and nice! There was a delicious breakfast buffet in morning. It was a nice stay I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Will definitely go back!

There was not really anything to dislike at all. Everything was great!

Great to stay for an early flight.. shuttle was prompt and easy. Room was comfortable.

Hallway carpets were worn and dirty. Needs for updating.

Place was clean and spacious. Looked modern and vibrant colors.

The location was off the highway and if you missed your exit turnaround was far off the highway. Very close to the airport but very far away from the city.
