- It was a great experience and the staff was so kind and helpful at every point. I loved how they showed off the hotel and would talk about the history. There's plenty of shops and food around the hotel, and easy to get to transit as well.
- Incredible place with tremendous history and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and both the concierge and spa were outstanding. Airport pick up service was over the top excellent- expedited us through the airport like a diplomat.
- Amazing location â≠close to everything. Beautiful historical property. Housekeeping was good. So was the restaurant.
Cons -
- The area can be loud on the weekend, so I slept with a white noise machine a couple of nights. This was no fault of the hotel, and a colleague in another room said he had no issues with noise, so it maybe depended on the room or the windows etc.

- A couple of staff at the front office were particularly rude with my wife. They donâ≢t open the gym before 10:30 normally. Concierge kept giving us wrong information about shops or other locations being open when they were not.
