Beautiful room and an amazing bathroom. Lots of room and very stylized.

The staff went out of the way to decorate our room for a 43rd wedding anniversary. That was very special and meant a lot to us.

No place to sit in the room except for stools and the bed. There was no window that we could see out of. The hotel is very dark. I prefer lots of light and windows. The location was good for walking around. Close to most of the attractions,

The location is nice. Nearby the station. Breakfast was good too.

The room is actually small. Completely different than photos. We thought the room includes the place with the couch, but turns out it was just a bed. No place to open the luggage. With the same price, I could’ve gone to Apa hotel… also the AC was super loud and the wall seems to be THIN. Whenever the room next to us flush the toilet, we could hear it. Also there’s no visible windows. Can’t open it. The light is super bright too. No adjustment. I wasn’t satisfied with the price I paid. Turns out bigger hotel name in the center of Tokyo is cheaper than here.

The bathroom was very nice and spacious. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location. It is in a quiet place that is close to the train station and there is plenty to do and eat in the area.

We booked a room for two adults and two young children and upon arrival saw that only two pillows were provided. When we asked the staff at the front desk my wife was abruptly told that there were not enough pillows in the hotel for everyone and they gave us 1 extra pillow only. Needless to say they simply did not want to provide another pillow to us and we all had to share 3 pillows for the entirety of our stay. If we had known this before we would of course not have booked this hotel as there are plenty in the area to choose from. It's quite unbelievable that a hotel has this attitude towards guests to be honest and whilst we did not make a fuss at the time, we feel that others should be aware when choosing hotels in the area (especially international travelers and families). The staff were quite cold throughout our stay. The room was also extremely dusty. For some reason there was a lot of dust floating in the room which was not very pleasant.

Hallways got very muggy as their was only AC in the rooms. This is typical for Japanese hotels but did make the wait for the elevator a little sweaty.

I liked the design, the dark walls and size of the room. I liked the complementary pyjamas. Very comfy.

They have very late check in and don’t let you get in even 5 minutes early. They didn’t provide an iPad that controls everything such as wifi details, room service and air con.The bidet and air con did not work no matter how hard we tried.

Neat, clean affordable modern facilities. Very conveniently close to Kannai subway st exit 9. Easy automated check in & check out. Polite helpful staff. Internet was fine.

Had booked a ryokan to have a Kaiseki dinner but was informed just before arrival that kitchen was closed for refurbishment so no dinner or breakfast. (refund was automatically applied) but it was after cancelation date, precluding booking a different Ryokan elsewhere.Note that all rooms have very low height futon like beds that fill in the room and are a bit difficult to maneuver in if you have bad knees/any mobility issue at all. Comfortable sleeping, just a challenge for older guests.Information tablet in room, despite having an "English" option, was of little use as much of the detailed content was still in Japanese.

Although the accommodations weren't the most comfortable or spacious, I'd have to say that the staff were amazing. They were as helpful as they could be...

The beds are super FIRM, they only provide one pillow per person, after requesting for 2 extra pillows and an extra blanket, they were only able to provide a furry blanket. The down comforter on the bed you're not able to pull up towards your face, it's literally stuck to the bottom. The towels are only one per person no extra towels are provided. When the room was cleaned every 4 days, they don't wipe the toilet seats, which I found very strange.

We liked this hotel. Staff were smiling and helpful. We had a quiet room. We stayed for an extra day. Location was also close to the metro station.

The "king size" bed was two beds pushed together. Was uncomfortable.

We loved the Japanese style decor, the Japanese style room, and the bathroom!

Room was on the small side, not a major complaint though it was perfectly sufficient.

When we arrived at evening, the staff was cleaning the floor at the corridor with water pipe. The room was too small and could not open the luggage.The floor and wall of the room were dirty.

Booked 2 rooms for my family of 4. The kids love the room and bed and of cause the bathtub. Hotel is very quaint and nicely lighted. The breakfast served was great too, with choices of western or japanese.

All is good. No complains.

The option to book a private sauna! Awesome!!! The self check in and check out and the room. Also the bathroom was exceptional

Good location and minimalistic style of room, all necessities available and free for using, very friendly hotel team.

It was a little bit windy from window in our room 805 from right window close to the bed.

New,clean and good staff

Room is too dark because whole interior walls are black. There are no chairs and table.

Our Japanese style room was quite comfortable and well equiped, also quite spacious. Excellent location close to Kannai station.

The only negative of our stay was that the room although it had two windows, these were frosted glass and there was no view at all, very dark and cave like. Our room was 1006, which was on the side of the building which was very close to the adjacent building, hence the frosted glass. Rooms at the front of the building probably 1004 and on, which should have normal windows and a street view would be better.
