    Pros +

    • The location is OK(5minutes walk to the Yokohama Station). There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Fairly safe.
    • Hot water was running good and the bed was comfortable.
    • We ate downstairs on the last day of our stay. It was efficient and good quality and very reasonably priced. The location of this hotel is very good; short walking distance to Yokohama station. Very convenient.

    Cons -

    • The room was not cleaned well. The Information Desk staff was not so friendly. Some clean towels should have been provided in case of "Don't Disturb"tag on the door.
    • The housekeeping staff was a little loud sometimes opening the door next to my room.
    • The rooms are very small. My daughter and I only came in at night to sleep and we didn't spend much time in the room, but there wasn't really any room to hang out, if that's what you would like to do. It worked for us, but it was kind of cramped.

The room was very clean and in a great location near food shops. The only draw back is the room was very small, so if you are from the states and expecting leg room dont and do not bring a full size piece of luggage. But overall would recommend.

Clean, great customer service, convenient location for food, malls, and train station.

    7AndrewPosted on: 9-16-2025

    Location.

Size of the rooms were small compared western standards. The laundry machines didn’t work as well. There were not enough machines. No folding area.

Once I figured out the location, it was convenient and quiet at night. Nice! The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff friendly and professional. The room was a good size.

Staff was extremely nice and professional. The breakfast provided, via token to downstairs commercial resturant, was very convenient and nice.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thick and large (not in a nice way). We found that we could not sleep with the pillows provided, which were just too thick. The room was very, very small. However it was clean. There was a window in the room but the adjacent building was only about 30 cm away so you could not open the window, and the view was only a brick wall.

    I felt like made mistake.

Smells too strong at lobby, felt sick. So wore the mask when I need to go down to lobby.Neighborhood was too busy.

    Convenient

I booked 2 twin rooms for 4 persons. However to my alarm the hotel told me I booked 2 twin rooms for 2 persons. In total I have 4 bookings for my trip to Japan. I did not have any booking issue except for this hotel. I do not understand how 2 persons per room can end up as 1 person per room. Why would I book twin rooms for only 1 person. Whilst the hotel allowed 4 persons to stay without additional charge but not for breakfast which I would have to pay for the additional persons. I seek clarity from booking.com how this can happen. Is it a problem with the app. I have concerns about booking rooms with this platform if this can happen

I think this is a really nice hotel, the place is on the center of Yokohama, but quiet in the room, when I asked for a quiet room, they gave me the most quiet room, when I came into the room, everything is so modern and new,I am so glad to meet and live in this hotel

I can’t find anything badly about this hotel

I decided to spend a night in Yokohama rather than get into Tokyo really late at night after a trip south. I ended up picking this place because I read the rooms were new and soundproof (and I was kinda tired of listening to my hostel neighbours). They indeed were! I enjoyed the peace so much I came back for another night later in my trip to look around Yokohama a bit more. Very central location close to station hubs, malls, activities, everything (also quite lively at night). Room itself had a ton of pillows, kettle, mini fridge, and small soaker tub (not a full JP sized one, but still much deeper than I'm use to in NA). Yokohama was too much to explore in a single overnight stay, so I guess I'll have to stay longer on my next trip ?

The room was pretty tight with a double bed, but it was fine for just me and my purse + shopping bags (and I did book it twice). Might be a little tight for anyone with a lot of luggage though.

Clean, near the station, reasonably priced

The entrance was Inconvenient, and the location was hard to find from the map provided.

Great location, nice and clean. Very close to Yokohama Station. Staff were polite and accomodating. Would stay again.

One of the best budget/business hotels in Yokohama bay area. The rooms are clean and convenient, the staff is friendly and you can reach the main station in 10 minutes by foot. The hotel is placed in a rather lively neighbourhood with a lot of teenagers and drunkards at night, but I did not hear anything from the streets in my room.

    10EditaPosted on: 6-23-2024

Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, decent size of the room, good location next to the train station, which makes it perfect place to stay even if you're actually visiting Tokyo.

    - Front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We ended up needing to borrow various items, schedule the room cleaning, and extend our stay, and all the staff members were very helpful and communicated clearly with Google Translate.- They arranged for our group of 3 rooms to be next to each other, which was very convenient.- Amenities bar in the lobby had a nice variety of items.- Provided hotel attire was comfortable.- Rooms were quiet.

    - Rooms were quite small and didn't have luggage storage space. We only had carry-on sized luggage and it was still difficult to manage because of the size of the room. - Slightly far from Yokohama station (about 10 mins walk).- No public bath facilities.- Common lounge space was small and they don't allow you to eat or drink there (it's next to the reception), which was inconvenient since we were traveling in a group.

This is an excellent hotel within walking distance from JR Yokohama station (south-west exit). The rooms are quite small, but the beds are good and the bathrooms are standard size. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby, and a refrigerator and water cooker available in each room. No need to pay extra for Japanese-style breakfast in the bottom-floor diner if the only thing you need is coffee/tea and some bread, butter and cheese. Ask for rooms on the same floor if you travel in a small group, as you will only have access to your own floor, the entrance and the lobby (floor 2). We stayed nine nights in two adjacent rooms and would use this hotel if visiting Yokohama again!

Easy to find from Yokohama station.Despite being in an area that gets busy at night, it was super quiet inside the hotel. The room was fine, had everything we needed. It was bigger than most business hotel rooms but smaller than some we had stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness wasn't 100% up to Japanese standards we are used to, but it was still ok and comfortable enough for one night.

Great location on a street close to the station with plenty of restaurants and shops.

    Nothing in particular
