The breakfast they provide is very good. Food is fresh and lots of choice.

Ceiling tiles at main entrance lobby could use replacing. ¿Automatic¿ detergent in washing machine did not do the job, I went and bought some out in town.

I like that it’s very close to prime destinations, like a 10-15 minute walk around anywhere

The check in process since it’s automated, the main lobby can get cramped. But good thing people assist to make it faster.

Free breakfast and pretty good value.

The bathroom is very tiny but functioning. I can’t help to wonder how bigger folks pivot in this tiny room.

The location was ok. The member of staff (gentleman) who greeted us was very kind and exceptionally helpful.

The breakfast was a shambles. It is no surprise that guests were invited to take food to their rooms - there was no room for even half of us in the dining room. We were required to queue for up to 15 minutes (on both days) to be allowed into the cramped and chaotic breakfast room. Once in line they ran out of cutlery and crockery). Guests were required to push and shove in the narrow spaces. To ad insult to injury, the curtains were drawn declaring breakfast closed 30 minutes before we were required to vacate the dining room (if one can call it that). The breakfast itself was pretty good - a good selection although not the hottest/freshest cooked food.This hotel really needs to consider developing its facilities if it wishes to continue serving so many guests.

It was very clean and the location was beautiful. ( We went there during Autumn). The staff were also polite and accommodating.

The room was decent. Near 2 train stations, lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Love the free tea and coffee by the front desk. It was a good value for the location and breakfast included. The breakfast buffet wasn’t super grand but good enough to get your day started. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers to do laundry (coin operated), a vending machine and ice machine.

It’s a business hotel, so I don’t expect high end services. The kids stayed for free, and they gave us extra towels, but no extra pillows. I guess we could have asked, but we didn’t. Our youngest travels with his own pillow anyway so we made do with the two pillows provided and four people. FYI, they have central air so you cannot control the temperature from your room, you can only turn it on or off. When we went, it was set to heater and it got way too hot. The only option was to turn it off and open the window.

Breakfast was absolutely outstanding! Lots of options, great quality. Highly recommend!The location was quite convenient too.

We couldn’t get the window to open; other than that, everything seemed good.

Free breakfast was nice. Laundromat on the 5th floor was helpful.

The position was good not far from the station. Loved the room it was for a disabled person, bonus for us lot of space and walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable.

No view.No coffee in the room

No frills hotel. Rooms may be a bit small for some but it's clean and comfortable. It's has a good variety of breakfast spread. Situated in a convenient location with convenient stores and subway only steps away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Yokohama.
