Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel

Great Bathroom with a deep bathtub to soak in. The room off/om switches are conveniently located near the bed. Room although small is just right for couples who will be out until late and are here for a one- or two-night stay.

Need More space for hanging clothes and luggage. Although only 3-4 minutes from the main entrance of Shin Yokohama Station, the hotel was a bit hard to find since one entrances face the tracks, and the other faces a building behind the hotel. The hotel is not printed on map boards outside the station.

Breakfast was a highlight. Traditional Japanese meal. Excellent service and quiet atmosphere. Very enjoyable.

Room was small but aligned with Japanese standards.

So close to the train station, and lot of restaurants around the station. Walking distance to the noodle Museum.

Very clean and location is very near train station affordable food but delicious just across a big mall staff are great!

For a one-night stay, I can't think of any improvements that could have been made. Everything needed was provided, and the location is a 2-minute walk to the Shinkansen station. The room is small by Western standards but I expected this so it was just fine.

Clean, tidy, comfortable place, with everything that is needed for a tired tourist! We were the family of 4- thanks to the administration to provide additional beds

The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was right next to the train station which made it easy to get around Yokohama.

the room was neat and clean . very nice to stay and the hotel is nearby all like restaurant , drugstores,convinient store and at the station.

Spacious room and bathroom. Close to station, food alley and small mall. Very convenient. Very comfortable stay for us and our small children.

Parking abit expensive 2000yen per night.

This was my second stay during my trip to Japan. The first was 4 nights, you can read my review. This review will be similar but with some edits. I stayed her 10 nights.The location was AWESOME! There are several GOOD/GREAT restaurants, Family Mart, Daily, drug store (tax free available) the train, subway and mall within a 5 minute walk. Donki was about a 15/17 minute walk. Excellent unagi restaurant (saw only locals eating there) about a 10 minute walk. A post office is less than a 10 minute walk. The limo bus stop for Haneda airport was about a 7 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Communication in English wasn't an issue, just remember to speak slowly and you won't have a problem :)I usually don't like housekeeping to come in daily to clean my room - just a mistrust from living in the U.S. If housekeeping saw me, they would ask if I needed towels. If I didn't see them, they would leave a package of towels, pajamas and a toothbrush/toothpaste kit by my door. Excellent housekeeping service!! I know tipping isn't a thing in Japan, but with this level of service they really deserved it.I was booked with the tatamii room and LOVED it. Noticed there were areas that weren't clean:The vent above the tub had some dust lumps inside.Around the tub, in the crevices were a bit dirty. Nothing like mildew but just needed a bit of scrubbing with a toothbrush.The A/C vents could use some wiping/dusting.Wished the washing machine/dryer would have a cellphone notice to the user when the clothes are done. People left their laundry in the machine and I had to keep checking back to see if they picked it up.Would these deter me from staying here again, no, but just want to bring this to their attention.

First off very nice hotel, clean, not too expensive, and right out of the shin Yokohama station. Be forewarned though, it is a hotel that specializes in weddings and matchmaking which booking does not tell you, which probably led to some confusion with the staff and for that I apologize, but they were still kind.

Basically that booking doesn’t say it’s a specialized wedding venue.

Location, friendly staff, nice rooms.

No breakfast unless preordered with your booking. I had to go across the street to the Prince Hotel that had a very good breakfast.

It is nice location and is close to shopping and restaurants and cafe. Also convenient from Haneda Airport.

The room is very small and gets light all night.

it's our second time staying at this hotel and the service is still so amazing. I love the location. it's so close to the train station, lots of food nearby and shopping is great! Rooms are so clean.

Everything was perfect. Clean the halls smelled good. It was super fancy and the room was very large for a business hotel. Favorite stay of the trip. Very close to station!

Friendly staff, super convenient location

Stayed there as our first time & first night in Japan - didn't realise the air-conditioning was potentially faulty until we stayed at the next hotels (we thought it was just how humid and hot Tokyo would be during summer nights).

Fabulous location next to station.

Wasn’t able to find a place to watch a Euro 2024 football match in the hotel or nearby despite the efforts of the staff to oblige.
