This is my "go to" hotel when travelling to Tokyo. Good rooms, beds and shower. Breakfast with lots of choices. Close to shopping options and trains.

Convenient location from the train station. Easy walking distance to all the Minato Mirai attractions, excellent view from our bayside room

The property was conveniently located by train station and shopping/food complexes.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but the access to TV mirroring was not user friendly like other hotels. You had to sign in on a specific WiFi and it still did not work? Also, as for takkyubin convenience they only used Japan Post instead or Sagawa Transport or Kuroneko Transport. Other than that everything was excellent.

The location is convenient right by the train station above the shopping mall. We had a room facing the Ferris wheel, the night time view is breathtaking. We enjoyed it very much!

Convenient spot, right by the train station, hotel is in the mall, walk right into the mall. All the eateries are upstairs of the mall. You really don’t need to leave, this property, everything’s right there.

Location is good and hall ways are nice and swank

Not even a tooth brush in the room, when we finally got a tooth brush the tooth paste is so tiny, do Japanese all only have one tooth? I’ve got a smile like the keys on a Steinway piano, how is a person supposed to smile with dirty teeth because the hotel is too mean?

Nice location, just a few steps from the subway. It was very easy to find things to do within the area, and the views from the room were amazing!

Loved the location and room setup.

We travelled with our 1 year old son, and he liked the view of Yokohama city , when he woke up he was so excited and went straight to the window!

Great location.

The TV in the room turned on by itself on at 4:15 in the morning of the first night of our stay. Although they changed another room for us. But still they should checked the morning call or timer in the room.for the new guest.

The hotel staff kindly upgraded us to the deluxe room with an excellent view of the bay. Nothing cannot beat that bay view with the Ferris wheel while listening to Japanese City Pop music. The beds were quite good and the water/ice/vending machine on the floor to refill. The location is next to the train station as well as many shopping malls/restaurants including its own restaurant on the lobby floor.

Do note some rooms can be far from the elevator and to refill your water, you'd have to make the walk to the end of the elevator to refill on drinking water, ice, or buying drinks via the vending machines. The hotel has no coin laundry and charges you (each single piece of clothing) and this is not cheap at all. I hope the hotel can add a self-coin laundry service or re-do the pricing of the laundry service. Another area I notice is the desk chair wasnt really clean at all and had various stain marks, thus I hope the hotel can replace furniture that is old or dirty. The Sea restaurant also does not serve pancakes for breakfast, hopefully they can serve the same pancakes one day for breakfast instead of just the buffet.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, has a water machine for refilling your own bottles(Go green!), very easy to walk around and explore attractions, right next to the Sakuragicho subway station, only one stop from Yokohama station

The shower design, we’d prefer a separate shower space, instead of standing in the bathtub.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. This location has a great breakfast but also has a big supermarket downstairs so you can experiment with all kinds of food?

The hotel was located in the nice section of Yokohama, near everything that you want. The staff was so nice specially Mr. Rajabov Muhmmadfayoz, he was so kind and had a friendly manner.

Acutely, I have no comment, everything was great for me.
