The Hotel Staff are friendly and cordial. We appreciate their cooperation. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The hotel is within the walking distance of Fujisawa Station (JR, Odakyu and Enoden line). The convenience stores are also within walkable distance.

The age limit of child is different in Japan (12 years or less/Elementary School Student) compared to USA. Please keep it in mind to book the room. I don't think that they have any family room or interconnected room. They can consider to have those kind of room, otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast served from 6-9am with quite tasty dishes.

Everything was as expected.

I mistakenly reserved a double room instead of a twin one. Upon checking in I asked if it was possible to change to a twin and that I’d be happy to pay the price difference. The clerk said once the reservation was done that was an impossible thing to do.I came to Toyoki Inn 1 in Hiratsuka and inquired the same. The clerk checked to see the availability and changed the room for me. I’m immensely grateful for that.

Breakfast is good. Parking was provided but it was not free.

The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it very much. The hetel's location is also very close the 藤澤駅, which is very convenient.

There was nothing we didn't like; the entire stay was fantastic. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Next time we visit 鎌倉, we will definitely want to stay at this hotel again. :)

I have been stayed few same hotel in the different locals. The room always clean and space is ok. If you are travelling by couple please make sure you are booking the twin bed room which can have bigger bed size. Their bed is comforable and under bed can storage the luggage so whole room not look small and still have space to go. Good thing is they provide the breakfast, not much items but enough. This hotel breakfast room is pretty small so if you like to eat the breakfast must make sure you find the spot to sit before you take the food. selfserve laundry service and printing give traveller very convenience.I accidently left my computer in the hotel and their stuff is friendly to send the courier to another Toyoko-inn hotel which I will stay another dayfor me even use the poor english to communicate but big help. Strong recommend this hotel.

breakfast area is too small.

- the location is great- it is the usual business hotel, therefore one knows what to expect from it- free breakfast in the morning was limited, however very good for starting your day- easy checkin and checkout process

The staff was so very friendly and helpful! I really felt welcome when I came back to the hotel and they greeted me with a warm smile. I have tried to stay here before but it has been full. Will certainly be coming back!

We need to get the amenities on the ground floor. It’s not placed in each room including the night gown.

the queue for check in was long, and although I was told to have breakfast in my own room, I have seen a lot of people having breakfast at lobby. If that is allowed, they should not requested the customers to have breakfast in their own room.

All staffs are friendly, great location. Room is pretty small but the bed is really comfy, so for just one night is ok.

Breakfast - selection of western style was poor compared with Japanese Bento Box.

Coin launderers at the lobby are a big plus.
