EN HOTEL Fujisawa

Good location, only a 12 minute walk from station. Really helpful and friendly staff.

My favorite hotel in Fujisawa is En. When I first came across the name in a hotel search, I was completely unfamiliar with it. I wasn't sure if it was a good choice. But I've stayed there many times since, because it was. What I liked about it? The warm hospitality. It's the epitome of a quality hotel.

En is my favorite hotel in Fujisawa. I choose this hotel every time I visit Fujisawa. It's not luxurious, but it's very comfortable. Although it's a little far from Fujisawa Station, it's located in a very quiet and safe residential area. The rooms have a warm atmosphere, and they offer free drinks at the lobby lounge all day.

I always choose Hotel En when I'm in Fujisawa. It's a small hotel, but I can expect very good service and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose Hotel En again next time I'm in Fujisawa.

It's a little far from Fujisawa Station, but that's not a problem at all.

Wonderful location which makes it easy to get to Central Tokyo within 45 minutes, the Shonan beaches within 30 minutes and Hakone and the onsens within a hour. The En Fujisawa staff are super helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The wifi was very poor. I had several conference calls to make and the WiFi kept on cutting out. I had to hotspot from my iPhone---this made the work I had to do quite sressful.

There was only a single coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. The dryer didn't have any effect, so I had to hang up my clothes in my room.

The family room was spacious for a family of four. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a fine location.

Unfortunately the plumbing smelt very bad. There was a disgusting sewerage smell coming from the bathroom area all day and all night. We had to leave the fans on and open all the windows. It was so bad it made me feel nauseous. The room was also hot with no air con.

They provide free flow coffee & tea. The hotel is clean & cozy.

The room was very spacious. Location was great, 10 min. walk from the train station on a quiet street. Playground behind the hotel where the kids got to play with the local kids, which was great.

A tiny air-conditioner that couldn't cool down the room. Windows couldn't open, so it was too hot to sleep. Bathroom had a sewer smell.Breakfast was 1650 yen pp, also for kids (6 and up). A bit pricey for what you got.

Always very clean and comfortable. More affordable than other hotels in the area.

The distance from the station / town centre may be an issue for some, even though it is only 10 minutes’ walk away. The roads are all very busy most of the time. (It wasn’t an issue for me as my relatives live practically next door.)

My relatives live in the area so this hotel is always an excellent place for temporary stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff.

The Yen Hotel is my regular place to stay when I'm in Fujisawa. It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Fujisawa Station, but it's located in a residential area along the Sakai River, and it's in a safe environment. If you walk along the promenade along the Sakai River, you'll be able to reach the famous Enoshima Island. In spring, the cherry blossom trees along the Sakai River are also beautiful. It's a small hotel, but the service is above average.

Quiet clean , good breakfast for a fee, about 10 min walk to Fujisawa station. Very nice staff , free coffe and tea .

I always stay at En when I'm in Fujisawa. It's a bit of a walk from the Fujisawa station, but not too far. The rooms are more comfortable than other Japanese business hotels. The non-Japanese reception staff are all as polite as the Japanese staff.
