Was clean and very close to the subway

I had to go to the lobby to get a toothbrush in the morning

the smell of tabako because not everyone like the smell like me i have asthma.

Location is convenient

Some parts of the room weren’t cleaned properly such as the table and around the bed.

The location

Nothing, but it’s really confusing to reach the station which is 190m away from the property by Blue Line train..May be it’s a new line for almost every one doesn’t familiar with the line until I asked the police

The room was supposed to be none smoking but still smelled smoking which made me sick

It was a clean and comfortable place with everything that is necessary.

The elevators smelled like smoke

- It's a fairly modern hotel. It has everything you need for a long term stay. This is my second time staying here.- The rooms are quite large for Japan. They're very clean and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. If you get a room on one of the higher floors, you get a pretty good view of Yokohama.- Laundry machines are very modern and work well, though a little on the pricey side.- The subway station is right outside the hotel, so it's easy to get places. Many of the major attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. Chinatown is right next door, Korea Town is a little to the north, the shopping street in Motomachi is a 10-15 minute walk to the east (and the Harbour View Park Observatory with incredible views of Yokohama just up the hill), and many beautiful gardens in the area. - There's a Lawson's just outside, and a 7-11 not far away. - Staff are friendly and helpful.- It's very cheap for what you get. One of the best value hotels I've stayed in while in Japan. Yokohama doesn't attract as many tourists as Tokyo next door, so it's cheaper.

- The hotel is on the edge of a red light district. There are often some dubious looking people walking around outside of the hotel. I suspect this is one of the other reasons why it's so cheap to stay here. Having said that, it's beyond the hotel's control and the people outside don't really bother anyone.- There's a smokey smell around the hotel. There are smoking rooms, so it infuses into the surrounds. Having said that, the smell isn't present in the rooms themselves (the non-smoking rooms).

Front staff was very friendly and they had free ammenities in the lobby to take as needed. The location was pretty good and easily walkable to many tourist sights. Good hot shower.

Rooms were a little bit out of date and the smoke smell was very strong. Bed was not very comfortable.

It was pretty clean and the amenities at the entrance were fantastic. They even give drip coffee bags. There is a konbini conveniently located ont the premises too. It is very conveniently located right outside a subway station too.

The room was a bit old looking, but that is seemingly par for the course in Japan.

Location close to subway and restaurants

The room was far to hot we had terrible sleep, there was no way to control the room temp in the room. That was the orst part of our stay. Bed was also very hard.

I forgot my gold finger ring they said there is no any ring in the room instead I checked my self after check in there was really ni ring where I hold it but I am assure that I tooked on table after all I requested to call the police and police went together to my room and searched they also didn’t found ring ! After while they found on next floor in garbage ! How did the ring fly on next floor ? Is not staff tooked my ring (thief) I just aware to all guest pleases before check out don’t forget to take your things ! There is a very big problem with staff !

Easy check in, staff were very accommodating when I asked to switch rooms and when I needed a fan. Lawson at the bottom of hotel. Good view

Rooms were way too hot. Booked online and got a smoking room which we only lasted 5 minutes in because of the stench. The elevators and lobbies smelt of smoke too as the smoking rooms are on the top levels

Location is excellent close to Isezaki mall for lots of local shops and restaurants A pretty standard business hotel type room everything was fine except the inability to control the heating in the room.

The only complaint was that you are unable to adjust the temperature of the room. I thought it was too warm and it is not possible to open the windows (except in an emergency)

The location is right next to the train station less than 100m. But that is the ONLY good thing about this place. Staff were nice.

This place is very very very old, looks like 1980s or so, and everything in the room, besides the bed seems to be from the 80s. There was so much i did not like. I had to check out early, in the middle of the night at 4am because I could not stay in this place. This is the first time I've ever had to leave a hotel early because it was in such a bad state. The ventilation is horrible, there is no air coming into the room, it is stuffy and hot even in winter and you cannot open the window to air it out. The air in the room smells like it is from the 1980s. The toilet itself seems unchanged from the 80s too, although it is kept clean. It was unpleasant. I had to get out and leave at 4am even though I had paid for a few nights and lost money. They would not refund me, but there was no way I was going to be able to stay the night, the vibes ver horrible and it was an unpleasant experience. I am sure 40 years ago it was a nice enough hotel, but now it really badly needs a make over and a deep clean. The bed was new and decent enough, and the staff were lovely. But I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, despite it's cheap price. I ended up staying at a capsule hotel and that was a better experience at least. Save yourself the headache and do not stay here.

Very old hotel and room.Air condition didn’t work well and the room was too hot to stay in. Bad smell from the toilets.Mold in certain places.

We liked how close it was to everything; subway station, china town, minatomirai etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service.

How hot the room was, bothered us most, as well as the scent of cigarettes. I guess we're just not used to it but it made for an uncomfortable experience. Other than that, for how much it costs, it's a pretty good hotel.

Staffs are very friendly even though it’s an old building, the amenities are still clean. They have a coin laundry and subway station is just beside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was goodthe room is neat and cleanthe nearest train station is kannai which is reachable within 7-8 mins of walk

The equipments in the room was very old. Only the main lights are working . the lamp and foot lights are not working at all.The revolving button to dim the light was not working

Clean , good location and very helpful staff.

I expected a better room for the price.
