Spacious room, clean, great view, and comfy bed. Family friendly. Yummy breakfast, too.

Walk distance to many places but a little bit far from train stations, especially for visitors.

The location,the staff,the foods the cleanliness and comfort and the view from my room is wonderful !

The check in time we have to wait until 3 pm to check in.Since we have to attend the wedding that time we have to prepare.

I loved everything about this hotel. It feels brand new and luxurious. The location is excellent, close to the subway station and to city’s attractions. The staff speaks English. Things are delivered to your room swiftly if you need anything. The room is gigantic and beautiful. Mine featured a spectacular city view. The tv has foreign channels (!). You really don’t want to leave this room.?

I would give this hotel a 10 if not for the most inefficient breakfast service ever. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, but, for such a big hotel, the space to eat in is super small. You literally need to line up for an hour to get in. And the breakfast is on,y available from 7 to 10! You are really better off booking a room without breakfast. Also, there is no electric kettle in the room, only a Nespresso machine.

they charge 3000 yen per person per day for the pool (it is not even a huge pool!), even after spending a fortune on the room, riddiculous

They cater to westerners palette and quite pricey compared to Yokohama/Tokyo

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

Everything in this hotel, from the room, bathroom service, cleanliness, very appropriate behavior of the staff, everything was excellent and excellent

Great view! Great location and comfortable room! Loved it!

We had a corner room on the fourteenth floor and the views over Yokohama were amazing, so good that we didn’t close the blinds at night to maximise the experience. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was also superb. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

We loved the hotel but found the inclusive buffet breakfast limited. The toaster disappeared one morning so no toast that day. Fried eggs & omelettes are done to order and painfully slow to arrive. However the positives far outweigh the negatives of the breakfast and we would love to return.

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, clean, friendly and professional staff, close to the train station or easy to get a taxi, and walkable distance from various dining/shopping facilities

The hotel was a bit expensive, and the deposit for incidentals was very high. Outside of this, I have no complaints.

The rooms were big and comfortable to stay in. The bed is amazing. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, shopping centres and pier.

You do need to pay an additional fee to use their swimming pool and sauna facilities. Breakfast was so quite expensive for what you get but the Japanese food was great.

We encounter staff who spoke some English but wasn’t quite friendly or willing to be of assistance.

Modern and clean with very friendly helpful and courteous staff. The staff certainly go the extra mile in all aspects of customer service. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bed linen and wonderful pillows.

Food was very expensive with limited choice although the quality was excellent.

hotel itself was very nice, modern. the club lounge staff excellent.

the suite was noisy, trains and vehicles especially at night.the two restaurants' not good. we waited 20 minutes for staff to even look at us despite only 3 tables occupied. that was the French restaurant, even then I got the wrong serving. the other restaurant even worse, we got up and left. staff requires training badly.

No laundry machine nor ice machine. Takes a long time to get ice and pricy laundry service

The corner room was well designed, new and exceptionally comfortable.
