Great staff, location, and super comfy

Room was a little tight but nothing out of the ordinary for japan hotel rooms

Its close to the train station, its clean and close to a ton of restaurants

Good location, next to the station, lots of good food spots. Clean and comfortable.

The pillows were too small, but everything else was great!

The location was perfect: near a train station, shops, supermarkets... Good prices, few tourist, a wonderful opportunity to quickly reach Eninoshima by electric train.

The breakfast. They're too salty and uninteresting for my European taste. And I'd like a tastier coffee.

This property was amazing. The accommodations were perfect. It was very affordable. They had great accommodations and even allowed extended check out for free. They are very kind and very hospitable. I recommend anyone to stay here.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. It was very convenient. It was in a place that was next to the station. It was cheap. It was a large room. They had an amazing bathroom for my three nights stay it was extremely cheap and they were very kind so I have no complaints and I suggest anyone that’s gonna stay in that area to stay at this hotel as it is very exceptional and the treatment to the customers is very professional and kind they treat you like you’re not a foreigner that you are a regular customer, unlike the other hotel where they treated me like I was a stupid foreigner ironically I am a resident here

Great staff. Lost wallet in shopping area and they contacted the place - talking to them in Japanese and helped out. I have my credit card and drivers license back. Thank yooooou!!!!Also have LOTS of amenities including a working bath and nice bath salts. Was a lovely stay. Wish could stay more.

N/a, maybe a bigger room but know this is the standard in Japan.

Location - really close to public transport & lots of places to eat & shop nearby. Washing machines in lobby.

Very minor - the curtain alongside the bed was long & irritated me.

Clean, fresh, great location and all the supplies you could need are available in the lobby other then chopsticks !

The extractor fan in the bathroom or the aircon in the room could be stronger. I don’t think it worked to reduce the temperature

2nd stay at this property and will stay again in the future. Great base if you want to explore Kanagawa as its station is a major hub for the area.

Very convenient for the railway station which is needed as it’s one further stop to Kamakura proper. Be careful when initially going to the hotel as this chain has two hotels with virtually identical names just a couple of hundred meters apart. Modern basic business style hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly helpful and courteous.

The area was a little disappointing if you go expecting it to be in Kamakura proper.

Excellent location, close to the train station, but not noisy, wonderful view from the window on Mount Ofuna Cannon, courteous staff, all requests were fulfilled. We ordered a taxi and sent our luggage to the Kyoto hotel. The room has everything you need, a very comfortable bed.The room has everything you need, a very comfortable bed.

No defects were found during the three days of stay.

closed to Ofuna station, about 5 min walk, i love the vibe of the place, with an interesting shopping area! lots of conbini and very near the monorail station accessible if you wanted to go to enoshima! Hotel has a self service check in and check out. Staff is polite and very helpful.

EXcellent location - supermarket, shopping street & train station nearby or across the street. The supermarket was most beneficial to pick up some bento, local food, drinks etc.Room size is small like most hotel in Japan but comfortable & amenties provided
