Rembrandt Style Yokohama Kannai

The staff was very friendly despite language barrier. They were friendly and professional.

Depending on the floor, it smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I also did not like that the hall on the 11th floor was super dim, It made the hotel unwelcoming. The toilet also felt crooked or the bathroom overall felt uneven.

My second stay at this hotel. Great location next to Yokohama stadium and Kannai station.

Weird sauna hours and generally it not being available, but the sauna was the reason I booked this hotel so since it was not available, it's not a 10/10

Bathroom was very small and compact.

The room was elegant and nice. The staff was very attentive and kind. Location was nice too. Close to China Town and to many local restaurants.

It was pretty small the room specially for two people. But even though we like it very much.

Great value for money including the free shuttle from the airport. Terrific staff, great restaurant again good value. We had two rooms which suited my son and I perfectly. All the amenities we needed were close by and it was 500m to my son’s international event.

The room is clean and even if we request no cleaning for our room, amenities are sent to us everyday, which is very nice. The staffs are very helpful and nice as well. ;)

The bed was comfortable and spacious, but other spaces inside the room might not be enough to open 2 luggages for the two of us. We have to move our beds to spare spaces for luggages. The toilet area is also so small that we will bump onto the walls when we move or going to the toilet.

Convenient location, friendly staff, decent value for money

Cleaning could have been better. There was mold you could see on the wall when sitting in a bathtub and the tub itself was dusty

A family of four we rented 2 rooms next door to each other. Yes the rooms and bathrooms are small but if you’ve stayed in Nagoya and Osaka then you’ll realise this is the norm. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I liked the location as we weee 2 mins walk to the baseball stadium, we were able to buy tickets for the last home game of the season. We enjoyed local restaurants a minute walk away and Lawson right across the street. Comfortable walk to Chinatown and the pier area.

No coffee in the room.

Good location, you can also leave your luggage early before check-in, near jr station, and there's convenience store nearby, few minutes walk to yokohama stadium

Great location near Yokohama Stadium and Kanni train station, which was perfect for after our Baystars game. Got two rooms, one for my parents and one for my spouse and I, both rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was in Johnathan's restaurant downstairs and was the typical Japanese/Western buffet.

their bathroom is extremely small. may hit your knees on the wall while you sitting the stool.

The bathroom was a little too cramped on this occasion. it appeared that a new toilet had been installed which was of a larger footprint than those normally in place which resulted in extremely cramped space and as a result having showered it was necessary to dry myself outside the bathroom.
