They give great kids packages. They get super cool slippers and toothbrush brush set.

Some rooms have smoking.

Location is good (near to the yokohama station)

No charging sockets near the bed. One extension was provided but when I tried to connect it to the study table, it wasn't working.

The room is bigger than newer hotels. Even though the facilities and the room are very clean, you can tell the technology and the room itself is a bit outdated. The hotel staff was very nice and the location itself was close to Yokohama station!

We didn't like that they asked us to leave the key every time we left the hotel, it wasn't as convenient for us. Because the room was a bit older there were very few power outlets, in total only 3 in the whole room and bathroom so that wasn't convenient either.

Very convenient location and next to the beginning of the Joinus underground arcade, to avoid rain or heat when going to the station, with an old-world charm. The breakfast location, overlooking a big Japanese garden, was stunning and the breakfast itself was very good too. They are happy to keep luggage, both before check in and after check out. Coffee and soup and ice are available at all times. They seem to go the extra mile in a few ways and the area has all conveniences, especially if you can walk 5-10 minutes.

It is a bit worn out, but this didn't affect the experience and they seem to compensate in other ways to make up for it. Although the hotel is one of the closest to the station, except for the Sheraton, the area can be difficult to navigate, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

Location close to Yokohama station and cheap

Wallpaper and carpets stained and worn. Mattress is beyond being more than adequate.

Price is good for a small room. But it was a bit cramped.

The location was perfect . Right at JR Yokohama Station and in the heart of the town. Many convenience stores , food places and ATM etc. The room also was a decent size and there was a pullout bed sofa in addition to the normal bed .

No microwave and no complimentary bottle of water but there was a kettle and teas provided so not too bad. Wish the bed for two was a full double bed instead of semi-double.

There was a holes and shoe spots on the walls. Overall very dirty and overpriced.

Staff was good

I requested non smoking room but room smelt like cigarette. I have asthma and found having minor reactions. I asked to change room next day as I was coughing and felt uncomfortable to breathe. staff was helpful and changed room for me but when I turn an aircon, the room was once again fill with smoke sent and made me uncomfortable to breath. Lift to the room is also smell like cigarettes. I guess for smoker it ok but I do not recommend this hotel for non smoker.

Morning buffet was quite good!

A/C seems not working well. It took time to make a room cool.

Walking distance thru the chika walkway from Yokohama station. This location proved amazing when there was torrential downpours, you took a quick walk underground and popped up at exit 11 near the entrance of the hotel.

The rug in the room seemed a bit aged.

Good location, large building. Rooms are nice and quiet.

Old furniture, in some rooms double beds are pretty small.

Location for station, mmmm yeah that's it.

Silly me took a smoking room, If I knew how bleak the room was I wouldn't be doing it again, let's start I had a room on 13th floor, thought nice should be great views from here, naw, all you could see was the side of a building and a bit of road, plus what obstructed that view was a great big net going from to to bottom, anyway back to the room it wasn't the cleanest I've ever been in.

Nearly direct connection to the corridor to the Yokohama station and quiet location even though its low price.Amenities and toiletries are fair enough.

Non smoking rooms also have smell of cigarettes and the facilities are old.Pillow is too small for me.

It's reachable thru the underlink from the station. The northest exit should link you to the entrance of the hotel. Located on the outskirt of the yokohama station busy area so some foot travel is required to spots but no big issue.

As some review it is a rather aged hotel. And it serves as venue for weddings and occasion so the design and layout is slightly different from your usual business hotel. The room is by conventional key system. I think my only issue with the room is the lighting as I couldn't really figure out the control it's rather too bright or too dark.

The location is very convient. Excellent price for the rooms. Very much a hotel with room service, laptop rental if needed and many other amenities and benefits. The rooms are pretty spacious in comparison to most hotel rooms. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Easy location to get to from public transit with everything one might need a walking distance away.

The room I was in could use a bit of love. (Renovation or general maintenance).

The hotel is like a beautiful grand old place, but is now a bit outdated and has lost some some shine. Fancy chandeliers and large foyers etc. Our room looked straight onto a main highway but we couldn't hear a thing because of the great soundproofing. Great location right outside the railway exit.

Really minor, but it would be great if there were more usb charging ports.
