Super Hotel Yokohama Kannai

Amazing breakfast, great location close to subway stations and Chinatown. We booked two different Super Hotels before and after a Hakone trip; their friendly staff helped us to use the carrier service to ship our big suitcases to this one.

The room was small and only have limited space to open you suitcases. Wish this Super hotel have the Open bath as the other one.

The staff are all amazing. So friendly. I love the breakfast and the happy hour. The location is great being so close to the stadium and the red brick area and world porters. I will definitely be back, hopefully very soon.

Location was superb. Front desk staff and robot dog were super friendly. One staff, who previously lived in Australia, speaks English very well. Affordable.

The rooms are so tiny it's hard to fit. We had two carry on luggage and had to get creative where to put them. The pillows were not comfortable. The sheets are polyester blend, so you get hot-- the hotel prides itself on organic, so they should hv organic cotton sheets. The bathroom was so tiny my knees almost touched the wall when sitting on toilet. We also did not like the motion sensor light.

The price is affordable. It is close to tourist spots

It would be better if there are massage chairs or manga to read

This was such a convenient location for the Yokohama Baseball Stadium. We had 6 travelers in 2 rooms and everyone had their own bed. There was a self service welcome bar and breakfast in cluded.

The 8th floor hallway was so stuffy and hot. It wasn't hot on the other floors but this floor was warm. The room was cool, it was just the hall which was uncomfortably warm.

Location near a park and shops.

The breakfast is good, but the food finishes quickly. The ladies from the restaurant brings sometime food when it is finished, but just a little.

The breakfast was excellent & so was the location.

Pillows were very uncomfortable & room was extremely small.

The room was very small. There was no room to open the luggage. Barely able for two people to walk inside the room.

It was great, it had all we needed in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the room, the location and facilities.

Having breakfast was nice but we came 45min before the end of breakfast and they were out already of almost everything with no resupply. ?They only offered to bring more rice but eggs, tuna and pretty much everything was done for - the person before me snagged the last pieces of everything ? so I basically scrapped some bits of last rice and soup. It would be nice if they really would spread the items throughout time and plan so to ensure there is enough of all items until the end of the breakfast time window.

It’s located in a lovely area and close to Chinatown, Yokohama Stadium and Yamashita Park.

Room a little small but that is normal for Japan. Pillows very hard.

Overall, it is a nice budget stay for a short visit to Yokohama. The rooms are small but all other amenities are perfect. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The hotel also provided additional amenities that were very useful. The hotel staff was very kind and polite. They were very helpful.

The rooms were too small. Slightly bigger rooms would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
