Toyoko Inn Yokohama-eki Nishi-guchi

Great from check in to check out Rooms are very small but ok It should be a NON smoking Hotel I booked through booking.comband only smoking rooms were available but omg as a non smoker was almost unbearable such the smell was strong !!Even after a whole day with opening the window it literally stankI love the free breakfast best onigiri and miso soup .Also love the fact that you can pick ur amenities at reception There is a microwave and vending machine ,laundry and dryers Amazing location with so many restaurants around the hotel .The staff at reception were all amazing

Water fountain and microwave. Good location

Breakfast little choice - onigiri and soup only. Lacking vegetables and other fresh ingrediets

Great location not far from station, vibrant area, plenty of restaurants food venues close to convenience stores, great simple breakfast.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, convenient location

Really close to the station, super clean, really nice staff!

Very strategic location. It’s a newly opened hotel so the facilities are still in a good shape. Short walking distance from Yokohama Station West Exit but would feel longer if you’re walking with your heavy luggage bag. It’s surrounded by bars and restaurants so you’ll never go hungry here. I like the fact that i can check my laundry status from the tv in my room.

It’s near the main station so it wouldn’t be the quietest place to stay. You can hear the sound of trains passing by but that didn’t bother me much.

Great location near the railway station and vivid streets.

The hotel lobby is not suitable for storying your luggages after checking out. They don ' t have enough space, I guess. Around the hotel building there are lot of railway lines - noisy traffic.

Cleanliness and good value breakfast

The direction is not clear. The location is best to come from subway exit 5, south west direction.

It was about 7 min from Yokohama station. The neighbourhood was very crowded with bars, restaurants and young people around at all times. The room was spacious and the shower was very good!

The mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to send my luggage to the airport for me with 2 days in advance, but every time when I got to the hotel there was a problem and the suitcases were not sent. I ended up having to take all my luggage with me to the airport by trem. It’s a wonder they don’t know how to do it properly, I wonder if they haven’t done this before.

Nice location, very close to the station. Rooms are standard but clean and adequately equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Nothing much to say, you can hear the train coming and going but it was not too loud.

The owner reply my messages quickly

We were bitten by the bed bugs

Reception staff was cooperative

Nothing to say!
