Pros +
- Very nice convenient location with some beautiful scenery especially at night. Just within 10mins walk from sakuragicho station. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
- Location !The view !3 beds ! Room size !
- Great location, hands down one of the better locations in that area! Nice and clean, simple accommodation. Room was quiet and restful, and was bigger than other budget rooms I've stayed at in Japan. Parking was reasonable and convenient. Breakfast was good - the dining room has a nice view. Staff were very kind, spoke English. Will def stay again next time I'm in Yokohama, and will recommend to friends. Great option for a good, budget stay.
Cons -
- Check out time is 10am ! This is the end of lazy mornings on holidays ! Later check out is possible for an extra fee per hour.No USB port in the room. Bathroom a bit small. The hotel general facilities section mentions "NON SMOKING rooms" : BUT beware, there are smoking rooms but it is not clearly stated as such, apart from a small logo barely visible on one of the picture of the room you are booking. And that logo is only visible if you click on that particular picture to enlarge it ! I realized it a few days before being charged and ended up canceling and rebooking a non smoking ? room.
- The stuff should be understood and speak english.

Everything, spacious rooms, cleanliness, courteous and accommodating staff, low price rate.
The infrastructure is maintained well. Also, the staffs are pretty friendly. The hotel is very close the Akarenka park and pretty convenient.
I like how convenient the area is and how it's near the good places. I also like how accommodating the staff are especially in granting my request for an early check-in. They were also prompt in arranging the room reservations. The room I got was spacious and I'm really happy that the room was clean. I also like the view from our room.
The breakfast should be better with variety.
The stuff should be understood and speak english.
I liked the room, it was bigger than expected. Oh and the view was amazing.
