HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Yokohama Tsurumi

Very close to Haneda airport and only 5 minutes walk to closest train station. Check in was very quick and easy. Bedding, sink, toilet and tub were clean.

Facility and furnishings are very, very old and in need of reform/replacement. I needed to spray entire bottle of deodorizer to mask “old room smell.”

Life’s wrost decision to stay there

So dirty… almost zero cleanliness.. bed sheets and blanks were so dirty.. almost so dusty.. room hallway all area are so stinky. I even dont want my enemy to stay there.

Close to Tsurumi Station. Reasonable room space.

Older facility. Mould in the bathroom and dust buildups were visible.

The properties location is pretty good! It’s across the street from a grocery store and multiple convenience stores and fast food restaurants, the MEGA donki is only a 10 minute walk. There was a humidifier/air purifier in the room, and it was fairly quiet! Things were mostly clean, just older and worn. An interesting experience because it made me feel like a 1980’s business man, it had a unique hot plate and hair dryer design that I enjoyed looking at. In the end it wasn’t a perfect experience but it was what I needed. A room next to the Haneda train line for a reasonable price.

In my specific case, there were multiple bugs I came across including a spooky spider. I accidentally booked a smoking room so that drastically changed my experience from what I thought. They were unable to exchange me to a nonsmoking room but that’s understandable. Only one power outlet for the entire room so that was tough to juggle. It’s seemed like even though I turned on all the lights the room was still dark. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to download the app to open the door for the second floor cafe, I ended up not being able to enter so I just sat in the lobby. If you are looking for just the basics, it’s the American equivalent to a motel 6.

It’s near Yokohama.

It’s dirty, the sink, bidet and when I look at the small trashcan inside the bathroom there were still a trash from the guest before us! The bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep with. And the lights are all orange light no white light. The only good thing was the staff is accommodating and friendly.

Price is reasonable for the type of room (very small) but all the furnitures looks very old and is stinky, I saw at least two cockroaches, very disgusting.

Location. It was in a downtown area that was convenient for me.

Only one outlet and that was in the bathroom. Very dark room. Two extra lamps but no outlet to plug them in. Carpet tile missing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Could only control ac fan not temp.

The male staff was bad

The attitude of the male staff was the worst. He was mad at the other staff so he sighed a lot in front of us. He also shouted, and we were uncomfortable.

-The price is rather cheap (less than USD 30) a night.-The location is accessible from the train station, there is a convenience store (Family mart) right opposite to the property. -All necessary amenities are fully prepared in the room including a hairdryer, and surprisingly there is a microwave in the room.

-I requested a non-smoking room, but there was apparently a horrible and awful cigarette smell in a room. -Very noisy hotel, the water noise from the room upstairs was so annoying.-The room is fairly dark despite turning on all available light in the room.

Very horrible night!

Countless are absurd things, just like dirt in the first place.
