Super Hotel Shinyokohama

Good location and loved the included breakfast

Small rooms

Location was very good, walkable to about everything in the area, especially Shin Yokohama. The Japanese/western style breakfast was good . And a public bath was also included. Inexpensive laundry as well.

Good stay .

Clean quiet large public bath, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds

Great location and staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and efficient

The size of the bathroom and shower/tub are small

Very convenient close to train station.

Too noisy heard every noise from the corridor and next room. Someone kept banging on the door on the next room. Too noisy until late night.

Good location , helpful guest service, delicious breakfast and nice onsen .

Clean, comfortable and well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bath. Welcome drinks and breakfast are a nice inclusion. Convenient location.

The breakfast area isn't that large, and there was a long queue every day.

Friendly staff. The breakfast is ok.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to use the hotel laundry because the washing machine and dryer is really the dirtiest laundry I have ever seen . The room is super small and the design is also not easy to stay, I cannot open a 28 inch suitcase in the room, and you have to move everything when you open the door , otherwise you cannot get out of the room. The room has a window but you cannot see anything from it because it’s blind . I saw one women came to public bath without shower , and wash her hair and body after hot bath. Cannot believe it probably hotel shall teach her the bathing culture when she checked in ?? We booked a triple room with a bunk bed but they don’t make the bed and you must make your bedsheet and everything you need for the upper bed, which cause my back pain and it’s my first time to make bed in a hotel in my life .

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.Laundry machines and dryers where provided inside the hotel- very convenient! The pillows and amenities were wonderful. They provided the service of transferring our luggage to the next hotel.Onsen a availableHighly recommended!!

Nothing comes to mind

The breakfast and their service

The room and the toilet are too small

Self service.. front desk team and HK team were totally approachable, informative and friendy. Food is awesome

The location is great, very close to the station. The facility is new and the room is clean. The complementary breakfast was also in high quality!

The only thing we didn't like was that the room was quite small. I was having trouble finding an area to open my medium sized luggage other than the bed.

Free breakfast, coffee and drinks in the afternoon. Laundry room and the in-house onsen.

The breakfast buffet is good but can be busy throughout the 2 and half hour window and the location offers a lot! There are 24-hour restaurants or those that close late. Don't need to rely on convenience stores for late meals..

The room is too small for even a family of three and our luggage. There's no room to walk around and even open a big luggage. It is more appropriate for a couple who travels lite or a professional on a short business trip.

The facilities were well maintained, close to restaurants and convenience stores. They had a pillow rack you can select the pillow softness.

Not much space in the room for the luggage. The long queue for breakfast

Great staff and services provided. The services exceeded a three stars hotel service . Delicious breakfast. Very close to train station and there are plenty of stores/ restaurants around.

Room and bathroom is on a small size.

Free brkfst, free onsen access, friendly staff, luggage storage, extra customize pillows

Overall great, just wish rooms were slightly roomier, 3 adults are tight but great value and convenient and friendly staff

Breakfast is fair for the price paid.Location is great. Near station and everything within reach.

Bed is hard and room tiny.

Well equipped room with everything you need. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast with a wide range of options. Great location.

The bed was a little too hard for me, as was the default pillow. The bathroom was quite small, albeit not unusually so for Japan.

Staff was extremely wonderful, polite, helpful and easy to communicate with! Enjoyed that you can leave your luggages before and after check in, which makes it convenient to travel and explore. Nice public bathrooms in the reception area, as well as vending machines and free coffee/tea. Also liked the free welcome drink. Shower had really good pressure and the shampoo, conditioner, soap and fragrance spray were very lovely! I'd love to buy them if available for purchase?! Room was comfortable with nice amenities such as a brush, pajamas and choice of pillow.
