Clean rooms and bathroom with basic amenities available at the front desk. Simple but good breakfast.
Right next to the train tracks.
Convenient for where I had to be the next morning !
One of the dryers seemed to have an issue locking/shutting, but we just had to dry our clothes twice. All good !
Location near the airport bus to Haneda. The hotel was new and very clean.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep much. This was a huge minus for me.
Basic hotel. Well located. Clean with super friendly staff.
Breakfast was good. Though the food is similar every day.
After I booked this hotel for the second time, Booking.Com emailed me that the hotel is giving me early check-in without additional costs. However upon arrival, the receptionists say they are not aware. They say that it is Booking.com's fault (they give this as a standard reply without hotel's agreement). So Booking.com and Tokoyo Inn and its staff need to sort this out. It is embarrassing standing at the receptionist counter discussing this matter for 30 minute over 2000Yen. It is not the amount that I am concerned with; it is someone "whether Booking.com" or "Toyoko Inn" that had made a promise they cannot keep.
breakfast, bed
check-in and check-out time is not correct on this website.
Breakfast was good.
My room was not cleaned for 3 days; bed was not made, etc. Only cleaned on the 4th day. Maybe this is the operational procedure. Anyway, it's ok.
The room and breakfast
The bathtub drain hole was too easy to get clogged
Cleanliness
The location was near the train station andd the breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel was very close to Futamatagawa station and very convenient.

The books avaible in the room were quite deep and meaningful. I was surprised and moved.
