We ordered room service due to late arrival as a result of flight delay. The food was rubbish despite the price was relatively expensive

The hotel room is dated. I think is time to update the interior. I thought the room price includes the fitness eg the swimming pool . But , I need to pay extra for it. Disappointing.

We had been on a long trip around Japan by rail and Tokyo/ Yokohama was to be our final destination and we wanted some pampering and luxury but also easy access to rail station and to Haneda airport for our UK return. The Sheraton ticked all the boxes ! Inside it looks and is palatial but the staff are very relaxed, efficient and pleasant. We got checked in an hour early and enjoyed a lovely trip around the city and Bay Area before enjoying a great nights sleep….what a room ! The next few days were also great and a 12 noon check out is also a big bonus !

Noise outside - windows far from sound proof! Breakfast wait so bad we decided to eat out even though we paid for breakfast.

Location is fantastic and connected to Yokohama main station and other major malls. Easily accessible. Polite staff and customer orientated.

The downside are there is no laundry room in the hotel for us to wash our own laundry. The laundry service provided by the hotel is quite pricey. There is also no Youtube channel on the TV unlike other hotels. It is hard to keep the children entertained at night. As for breakfast variety, I hope the hotel could have different special food daily. We stayed here for 8 nights and can get a bit bored with the breakfast spread.

The location is easy to find and I find the room very clean and spacious. The service was good too at check in.

No ability for an early check in. So 2 80 year olds, one handicapped, had to sit in the lobby for 5 hours. Yes, we knew we were early but had to get off ship and idea of sitting in the train station fell through as no chairs or benches. Assuming all others being checked in early were probably rewards members.

Room was big. Beds were comfy and the location was perfect to see everything in Yokohama.

Room check in was late. It says check in from 3 pm and our room wasnt ready till 5pm. They did take our bags up though and offered us a bottle of wine as compensation.

The staff were incredibly helpful and helpful unfortunately my husband had left something very important on a train the staff contacted lost and found helped us locate the item and also gave us written instructions to help us retrieve item. Can’t thank the staff enough

Being reminded that breakfast closed at 9.45 am when it was only 8.45 am this occurred on 3 days.

Hotel close to train station, but difficult to locate first time unless using relaible google maps. Eventually found signage to Hotel. Local area is not wheelchair friendly. lots of stairs to navigate.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were excellent and clean, the location was in the middle of everything you wanted and needed.

Conveniently close to Yokohama station, you literally can just walk through the station to the hotel elevators. Rooms were clean and love that they did a "green pass" type of thing where they gave you a 500 yen certificate per day that you didn't need maid service. Several restaurant choices inside the hotel and in the surrounding area so we never went hungry.

Everything was pretty great and there isn't that much to dislike because it was convenient with some very friendly and helpful staff members. The station could get a little confusing if you don't know what direction (exit) the hotel is in it can definitely turn you around a bit.
