Great room

Convenient to Yamashita Park, Motomachi. Chinatown, Sakuragicho, Yokohama Stadium

The location was decent and the price was reasonable considering the time of year. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and the staff at the check-in/check-out counters were generally helpful.

Although the rooms were decent sized, there were some signs (not too bad) of usage (like there were some black marks on the wall).My biggest complaint was the breakfast staff. Me and my family was a group of 6. When my parents (my dad is old and needed to use a walking stick and has to walk very slowly) asked for the table of 6, because there were only 4 people, they gave them a 4-person table. There was another empty table on one side of the their table. When the remaining 2 people showed up, we asked if we were able to combine the 2 tables so that we could sit together and the waiter replied that the empty table was reserved. We told the waiter that it would be helpful if because it would be inconvenient for my dad to move) and asked the staff to confirm the reservation of the other table and they did. We were asked to another table in order for the group of 6 to sit together (the other table was also put together by combing 2 different tables together).We stayed until the end of the breakfast hours and no one ever used those tables the whole time.I don't know if this was the hotel or restaurant policy or whether it was a hospitality issue (or lack thereof). We didn't ask if we were able to combine those 2 tables because it was easy for us to move. We asked for having those 2 tables combined because it was difficult for my dad to move table. It was not an enjoyable experience, to say the least.

The free breakfast included with the club lounge access was great! It added convenience and value for booking a suite.

Breakfast is amazing but very expensive. Ordered an in room dining pizza at 3000yen and it was tiny.

Choice of breakfast was good ,However the food at best was warm, (western style food) otherwise service was very good.

There was nothing other than the breakfast needed to be warmer, again western food .

Staff were very friendly, spoke perfect English. The room was larger than expected. We were provided with bath robes, slippers and even bath salts. There was a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it. Loved Japan. Beautiful culture and people.

This hotel is well designed, built, and maintained. The location is superb; just off of the busy minatomirai, but still is within a walking distance to major atttractions such as the Yamashita Park and Chinatown. The breakfast is addictive.

I didn’t like that I only stay for a week. Next time, may be a month.

Located very close to the Osanbashi Pier and China Town, our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant and very convenient for us walking to the cruise pier in 12 minutes. The hotel room is spacious and super clean, breakfast was good though we had to wait in line for a while… Our checking-in was little bit rough… a manager-like staff was not polite at all, giving me an impression of him lacking professional training.
