Hotel was nice and staff was great

Room a little small for business. Workspace table was too small for laptop.

Location, friendly staff , clean

The room was impeccably clean, the location was great, walking distance from sakuragicho station, the personnel were kind and helpful, there was a lounge with free warm or cold drinks for the guests when waiting for check-in or even when checked out already.

The pillow was a little hard.

Great location that is walking distance to the train station, and attached to one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever enjoyed.

Room light is too dim. Small free space in room, I booked a slightly bigger room than standard because of many luggages but the room had an extra armchair so it killed the purpose ?

Breakfast was amazing and was focused more on quality over quantity compared to other hotel buffets I have been to. Since the breakfast is served by the Italian restaurant next door you can get some pasta/Italian dishes for breakfast which I enjoyed. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of Yokohama and was walkable to the nearest station or place of interest.

We enjoyed that the property was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also the second floor with the complimentary drinks and laundry area were so helpful with our child that needed a break from the room during our stay.

Finding it was a bit difficult, would suggest putting a sign on either side of the building to indicate the location.

It’s very clean. It smells nice when you walk in. It’s got soft muted colors and lighting so it’s very relaxing from the get go.

The luggage rack doesn’t fit in the little alcove by the door, so then you have to deal with a place to put the luggage race with the luggage or keep your luggage somewhere else and keep the luggage rack folded up. I’d recommend just removing the luggage rack.

Really loved this hotel, especially the warm welcome from their little employee robot. The room was nice and comfortable. Not very spacious, but that is standard I believe in Japan. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Location was near a train station and very convenient. 10 min walk to Chinatown and the harbor. Luggage storage available until check-in time.

It was conveniently located yet not too in the touristy area! Perfect walk to Yamashita park and inner city. The staff were understanding and accommodating

Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to Basamichi and Sakuragichi subway stations.

Room lighting could have been brighter. Phone charger controlled by main room light. Could not charge phone overnight.

There is a common area on the second floor that was great to hang out/eat at. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate to. It is a short walk from the train station and to Yokohama downtown.

Close to train station, large selection of complimentary toiletries and lounge space for guests that includes complimentary beverages.

It was close to the Keikyū main line and wasn't as warm by the river, the staff were also the most friendly and helpful. Lovely place and people

It would be functional to have a designated space for luggage storage, we only brought backpacks and carry-on suitcases and it made our room feel more crammed even with our minimal luggage (4 small bags total)
