Pros +
- The location under covered walk way from subway was perfect! It would be great during a rainy day or hot day! The room was so clean and exactly what we were looking for.
- This hotel was located on the north end of Yokohama Station. (Cial mall) The staff was incredibly helpful, and if you take the elevator or the escalator to the basement, you're AT the Yokohama Station entrance; I told the staff I'll be back. :-)

Cons -
- There's dust all over of light next to the bed and under the sink.
- Not as clean as JR East Omori. Kind of expected same attention to the rooms. Not terrible but not up to expectations.
- Static from the dryness of the air, but that happens in most hotels.

JR East Hotels are all well run.
Not as clean as JR East Omori. Kind of expected same attention to the rooms. Not terrible but not up to expectations.
I felt safer there than at home. It was very convenient to the trains and shopping too!
Static from the dryness of the air, but that happens in most hotels.
Great location, clean room and nice staff.
Next to the train station. Easy access once you figure it out. Quiet and lots of food options.
Room a bit small.
Location convenient, closed by train, shopping and food.
Location is pretty convenient as its near the yokohama station, nearby have good food and convenient stores. Can easily get food near grocery stores - comfortable stay overall. Clean as well, prompt response from staff
Space may be a little small but its typical
room was clean and bright.
Check in system was a bit difficult to follow, but mostly it was very hard to hear the person speaking in the video. However, overall the check in system went well and was speedy.
Being able to get a cup of ice. Excellent choice of amenities! Very clean. Easy check in and checkout. Wonderful breakfast, but maybe you could improve by offering a cold breakfast for those leaving early on day of departure. Perhaps something made up that can be eaten in the hotel room.
We liked everything about our stay. Arigatō!
Location good about 5mins walk to Yokohama station. Easy process to check in. All the basics are here, clean.
Bed was really hard we both struggled to sleep and had back pain the next day, thats the main reason for the low rating.
This hotel locates not far from the nearby JR Station. Staff was helpful and room was clean but not too spacious, typical Japan hotel room size.
Nothing at this price really.
Comfort
It was not too far from the ticket wicket at the Yokohama train station, but it was hard to find as it wasn’t marked clearly.
Nice hotel, clean rooms and lovely staff. Very close to train station. Had a good one night stay.
Location to Yokohama Station. Many eating options nearby. Clean and comfortable.
Hotel was clean and the service was awesome, location was perfect. Shopping malls, it just one but heaps as well restaurants were all waking distance. Yokohama train station connected to the hotel as well.
Good location near the Yokohama station. Hotel was modern and clean.
Room was very small, had hard time opening my suitcase
Very near to the station and the washing machine!
The sensor lighting can be very disturbing
Extremely clean, good in room facilities
Room size bit small
