We arrived in the middle of the night and they were expecting us. The fastest check in!

Staff were awesome

There seemed to be a leak in the bathroom roof. Also could get any of the tvs going

Lots of space at an affordable price

Some of the lounge area furniture was worn. Holes in the material.

Last minute booking after being let down by another property. So not what we'd planned, but give us a clean bed for the night with kitchen facilities.

On a busy road so some traffic noise.

Central for everything when down for university students. Very clean and tidy. Loved the coffee plunger and capsule machine although no new capsules each day.

Everything! It was dirty! There was mould on the carpet curtains shower door wouldn’t close bathroom door handle was broken stains on carpet the office was locked when we arrived and we were locked outside in the cold! I rang the hotel with no answer I rang multiple times! Then when she came to the door she pointed to the phone as if to say I should have called! I was so mad!!! All I got was a sorry The bed was very hard! I would have left and demanded a refund but the kids were tired and finding something else would have been hard. The next morning I needed to hand the key in and she was no where to be seen the cleaners had arrived and she wouldn’t answer the door I told the cleaners I had photos and how disgusted I was with the hotel! I will ever come back or recommend this place

Won’t be back!

It was dirty. We were put around the back, don’t know weather the other family were living next to us but they were so loud arriving home 1am in the morning. We didn’t feel safe.

The price was high for the level of quality. It was very outdated and basic. No aircon, only fans

Good location, a decent-sized unit, plenty of offstreet parking and super friendly staff.

The TV reception was poor, but who is even watching TV these days? No biggie.

We were "upgraded" because someone took our choice. Place is huge. Many beds.

Furnitures and fittings are functional but dated.

It was close to the airport. The sheets were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.

Bed was comfy and clean.

Fom the start, The receptionist was lack of customer service because she was on phone talking with someone while dealing us. The stove was rusty as well as the other utensils. The room offered with aircondition on their website but in actual is none. We arrived late afternoon and it was hot and disappointed so we decided not to extend our stay. During checkout, still the same the receptionist was on the phone call while dealing with us and told her that i booked the room with aircondition but nothing in there. Then she pretended doesnt know about and grumpy. In short, we were not satisfied and change our accommodation in the same street

Perfect location for public transport, clean and tidy room, very spacious bathroom - great shower pressure!
