Hotel 115

Loved the setting being at the tram terminal which looked very cool. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. Location was fantastic.

The rooms were a little on the small side and had a few steps to navigate after the lift which may be difficult for some if carrying luggage. The hotel has no bar but the Church Bar with attached Irish Bar was less than a minute away so not an issue.

Nice room and comfortable beds in an excellent location. Quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Clean. Some of the staff were very accommodating and we were able to leave our bags there. Bathrooms were modern and suitable for people with mobility problems.

The front desk is not staffed after 2100 and we were likely to arrive after that. The instructions we were texted were complex and unlikely to let us gain entry to the hotel. The receptionist on our night of arrival seemed to be a bit hacked off. There is no breakfast service in the hotel, but there are places immediately nearby where you can buy a good breakfast. We would stay there again, but would take care about arriving well before 2100hrs!

Location very central.

Deluxe room had a window with another wall a foot away, so no view out. A depressing impact on our stay. Staff simply said all deluxe rooms like that but website clearly shows room with proper views .

A nice hotel very well situated in Christchurch. The staff was very service-minded. The cooperations they had to access gym/spa and get discount on breakfast was excellent.

The room we had was pretty small but very nice.

Location was great, rooms fresh and clean. Toiletries were high quality and staff efficient and helpful.

Room was compact but can’t grumble about that really as the price was low.

Rooms are smaller than I expected, but have comfortable beds. Great location. Gym available for free in neighbouring hotel.

In my opinion the hotel was fairly expensive for the what the level of the accommodation and considering parking was an additional charge but the location was certainly hard to beat

The Hotel Receptionist, Adrianna was very helpful to show us the hotel's location on the map and point out main sights to see in the city center that were easy to walk to. Location was very convenient, especially having the laundromat which was a couple of doors away.

It would have been nice to have a small-sized microwave in the room, but with only staying 2 nights it really didn't present a big problem

Nothing to dislike

you hardly can get any more central than here and still it's not noisy and close to the quieter parks around the river. Had the room with a balcony, which was really big and perfect for an evening drink. Staff was really nice and helpful.I would have loved to book again but was too late (fully booked for my second visit)
