Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly staff with easy check-in.
A good option for a quick stay in Christchurch. Easy to reach from the airport and in walking distance to the center. Friendly owner and good room and bathroom. All easy.

Noisy traffic and very very small room
Very comfortable and convenient to the city. Friendly & helpful staff.
Nothing to dislike about this property
The location
The heater didn’t work and it was a cold snap when we stayed.
The man who checked us in was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The room was nice and cosy, warm and very clean. Bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was awesome, location was fab too.
No complaints from us! We would definitely stay here again.
Clean, easy parking and comfortable.
First in first serve with parking.
Good location and easy stay. Great value for Christchurch, very easy to get around
The only access via sliding door was a bit awkward and the stairs were steep
Very nice staff, room was very clean and comfortable, good shower, free parking and nice location. overall very happy and would love coming back again:)
There was a bit of noise coming from the road that is near by, nothing serious didn’t interrupt us at all
Fantastic bed! Great location and very clean room. Lovely helpful staff.
The parking was quite tight, but manageable.
It was very clean. Great location and perfect for what we needed. Quiet. A really lovely man who run the motel. Would stay again.
Clean with a very comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed & owner was very accommodating offering to dispose of my suitcase which unfortunately broke on the flight over. Also very good value for money.
Modern, tidy clean motel, handy to CBD
Traffic noise (but not too bad)
Friendly staff and warm welcome. Good lication for walking to town. Comfortable beds.
Room was smaller than expected, and the shower doors did not close properly - causing a concern about flooding the bathroom.
Always a warm friendly welcome, great location and good size rooms.
Can be noisy on the Bealy Ave side ay night
Clean and spacious rooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
Good price, quiet, comfortable and an excellent host. The owner took me to my unit and showed me where everything was. It has been many years since that last happened. I will return.
