Hotel was fair priced and had on-site parking

Room did not have AC and hotel was on a busy thoroughfare. Quite a lot of traffic noise

Location was perfect. Room was clean and cosy

Rubbish bins could be a bit bigger. Everything else was great

It was upstairs, with heavy suitcases this was not good.Billed as 4 star on your web site,, it was a disappointment. It was at the most a 3 star motel

It was super easy to find and it wasnt too far away from the mall which was perfect, as it was in walking distance. The room wasnt far from the car park either which made it very easy to carry our luggage to the room. The room was the perfect size for 2 people and was very cozy so if you are looking for a good sized affordable place I would recommend.

Once we arrived, I was laying on the bed while my partner used the toilet and we heard jingling outside the room. It was the worker unlocking the door, without knocking, to come inside the room and look in the fridge. He did this and then left without saying anything, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.If you are wanting a quiet nights sleep, I do not recommend unless you bring headphones or ear buds as the noise of the rubbish trucks and cars skidding on the road can get quite loud at 4 in the morning.

Great location next to riccarton mall. We went for a concert at wolfbrook arena and that was a 20 minute walk away which was very convenient.

The wifi didn’t extend to our room very well, I always like to book places with free wifi so this was a let down.

Young gentleman was very understandi when we had to urgently fly home due to family illness

Passable

The gardens were badly overgrown. The curtains were thin and the outside light outside our room shined through. Also there was no privacy to the room so had to keep curtains shut all day, needs windows tinted or a net curtain.

There is easy parking on-site. The motel is located near a mall. Very friendly staff.

Some furnishings have dust accumulated on them.

Disappointing

Holes in walls, holes in towels, dust everywhere, beds half made, towel rail ready to fall of, Crack in shower rose,no available information book in motel. Floor sticky, finger prints on tv, all windows and doors. Curtains hanging of hooks. Gardens over grown and disgusting. Office dirty, floor covered in dead leaves from pot plant. What's happened, been here before, and nothing like this. Would never go again.

The location is excellent, although being on a main road is quite noisy. The room was clean, had everything you need and a great shower Felt it was good value for money

There was no privacy when the curtains were open, some units had net curtains that would’ve been nice in the unit I stayed in too

Good shower with lovely shower gel, room was just as I expected and easy to walk into the centre or to the train station.

It was by a busy road so would have been noisy but it was fine with ear plugs

Would have appreciated some chairs to sit properly at the table. Also needed a net curtain or frosted glass on the sliding door, since everyone walking past could see into the room. Just kept the curtains shut.

Had a bit of a musty smell but was clean.

Our room was very clean and well equipped for an independent stay. Our host was very kind and generous with their time driving us to the train station for an early departure. There was also good parking and easy access via a public bus from the airport.

Our room was a bit noisy being on a busy road but we expected that as we wanted to stay close to the train station.

Nicely presented, clean and tidy even if a bit worn in places. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Not much crockery or cutlery, but it was ok. A dishcloth would be handy to wipe down bench etc. Could do with more soundproofing.

It was a nice studio room. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was adequate

The property is on a busy road. There was no stove just a microwave.

The shower water was spraying everywhere

The two bedrooms and beds were great.

The pullout bed in the lounge was not fit for purpose. We only had a third of a roll of toilet paper and no spare.
