Addington Stadium Motel

Staff was nice and accommodating, very welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Clean and comfortable. No problems

Our unit was one very close to road. Traffic noise was high and last into the wee small hours. Another time I would ask for an internal unit downstairs.

Quick stroll to the arena. Perfect location.

The woman stomping around upstairs and also talking/arguing on her cell phone outside our room until midnight. We were travelling early in the morning and we're all very tired

Close to Wolfbrook

Quite a bit of road noise. Didn’t find the bed too comfortable and the bathroom definitely could do with an update

Nice friendly helpful people to deal with.We will go back again.

A bit much Traffic noise @ times...

had electric blanket which was great as cold night

tired, drafty

Amazing location so close to the stadium, very friendly staff, clean and had everything you need, nice shower too

Bed was a bit hard but that's just my personal opinion. It was all nicely made and clean.

Great location to Apollo stadium, walking distance. Beds comfy, owners helpful with things to do around the city

Power socket in bathroom didn't work, a little dated but minor things really

Friendly staff that are happy for a small dog to stay.

Bathroom had a shower over a bath which is hard for elderly to get in and out of. Bathroom ceiling needs fixing due to peeling from poor ventilation.Window latches need fixing.Single glazing and next to a busy intersection makes it difficult to sleep.

Unbelievably good service. We took the train from Picton to Chistchurch. The owner of the hotel picked us up free of charge, we just had to phone on arrival, and because we needed something to eat dropped us in the restaurant area and took our bags to the hotel, and showed us what bus to catch back ( a 5 minute ride running every 15 minutes)The next day she helped us with finding our way to pick up our hire car for the rest of our trip, and loaned us an umbrella as there was an absolute downpour. Honestly she could not have been kinder or more helpful. The motel is exactly as described, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and it is a great place to stop before setting off on a road trip and fantastic value! Thank you so much

Clean and comfortable room.

Motel is right on road near traffic lights which made it noisy. Walls are thin and was woken by screaming baby in room above.

Attended a show at the wolfbrook arena which was just a 10 min walk down the road. Location was excellent! Travelled with a pet which she was allowed to stay with us. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms!

The staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable

The service was excellent. We were running late to an event and the lady had everything in the desk ready for when I walked in for us.Offers of extra supplies and overall friendly service.

Staying on a Friday and Saturday night we don’t get much sleep due to the location of our room being right next to Lincoln Road and the noise from the traffic was extreme.I highly suggest they consider double glazed windows and soundproofing if they ever have a renovation.

Walking distance to the stadium and not too far from lots of shops and restaurants. Right around the block from a bus stop. Front desk guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. The room had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay!

It was super close to where I needed it to be.

It was very run down, the bathroom needs a massive revamp. We were called the day before asking when we would arrive and I would assume it was so they would know when the room needed to be ready. When we got given our room, there was a 5-10 minute wait for someone to finally appear at the reception, when we got to the room there was no power, and who knows when the last person used that room but it was super dusty and not great when allergic to dust.

The Motel was a gift from my Boss while I was volunteering for Handicap Games. It was such a delight at the end of many 12 hour shifts to travel such a short distance, have a lovely shower and fall into bed. (instead of travelling an hour to my home each night.

It was clean and easy to locate . Fully equipped and comfortable though traffic noise in the morning was noticeable.

Traffic noise

The unit was small but well appointed - had everything one could need. I especially appreciated that I was given a ground floor unit adjacent to a small patch of grass as I was staying with my lame dog- host was very considerate Also convenient location for me

Lot of road noise and only single glazing, so was quite noisy. No electric blanket

Handy location. Spacious rooms & comfy beds

Couch was uncomfortable but not the end of the world
