Carpet felt old but not dirty

Absolutely nothing !!!

Looked nothing like the photos provided in the ad . Dingy room no windows two single beds stuck together. No staff anywhere but lots of cameras. Creepy feel about the place. Absolute day light robbery to take $500 off us for this place. You need to take it off your website !!!

The location was good

Self checking, skylight was not working neither the blind. Stay in the articula stay the all stay. AC was not working. Cleaning was very light.

Great location, property was clean and host was very accommodating

Excellent location , after having a loved one taken to hospital in another city and arriving late not knowing where I would stay , this place was a life saver ! Late booking and late check in were a breeze and no issue at all ! Thank you so much .

It is dirty. The carpets are filthy, the cleaning is not good, tidyish but the Indian people who run it are slap happy. Found hair and earring hooks from previous occupants. I’m sure dope was being used in one of the rooms. And it’s false advertising- the picture look good on internet. BUT it isn’t like that in reality - dirty, paint on doors and floors marked, carpet filthy. Sheets were clean and pillow cases. If they all worked hard and cleaned it properly and immaculately maybe it would be ok- good quality.

Bed was comfy

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, said check in from 2, wasn't ready until 4. Had to call someone to come when we arrived which took a while. Said it was 2 bedroom apartment, was only 1. Carpets were so dirty, hole in the wall. Said all toiletries provides, no shampoo or conditioner.There was a sulphur/chemical smell.Overall not a great experience.

Bathroom is well decorated. Location within walking distance to city centre. Quiet at night not a busy road

The smell in the room was almost unbearable, poor ventilation. Checked into first room there was no windows on the wall; and the ceiling window malfunctioned, called in the manager but was told "it's working fine" and I could use Chatgpt to learn to operate it. I insisted they sent a staff here, when about half an hour later they showed up and confirmed it didn't work. Changed to another room, but still the smell.. Didn't read carefully the "large bed" was by putting two single beds together, and it's definitely impossible to sleep in the middle. Paid almost triple the price as otherwise normal day quotes because there was Ed Sheeran concert over the weekend.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Staff were never there. Had to contact them by phone which was hard when you are an intl guest. Plus the rooms are positioned lengthways along one big corridor and up and down flights of stairs so it wasn't easy getting all the luggage to the room by myself.

Shower was good

Dirty carpets needed a good clean and they were wet by bathroom

Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, hair on the bed, chair directly infront of the door upon entry, rubbish in bathroom cupboard.

Sad stay I couldn’t sleep...

The room had a ugly smell I didn’t get my bed I asked for had an uncomfortable sleep as I was on 2 single beds pushed together and one of the beds leg was broken off I messaged them late at night and still had no reply at all today

Mr room was not clean and they give me first room number 1 and then after i arrived they say room number 6 and the teeth brush was already used in the toilet and i found hair on the bed

I booked Colombo motel and got put Into riccarton motel, so my answers relate to 166 riccarton rd NOT Colombo lodge motelp

A spa bath that worked, but the bath was sufficient. Would have been better if spa bath worked... Wasn't necessary for me but yeah it would have been nice. !! No tea towel to dry dishes. I washed them but couldn't dry and put away.

Clean room. Basic accommodation for 1 night still acceptable.

Check-in mechanism a bit awkward , not straight forward as you need to call or message anyone if the staff no matter the time you do arrive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower.

Some of the photos online did not reflect exactly how the room looked. The night light switch on one side of the bed did not work. Later in the evening I could hear either a staff member or a guest talking incessantly in the stairwell which was quite annoying while trying to watch a movie on tv and I imagine for anyone trying to get to sleep!

Price. Clean and tidy. Car park in central city.

Very dirty, nothing like the photos displayed online. Wasn’t happy as i got a rook upgrade but it was not upgraded. Just two single heads put together
