The Adelphi

Clean and tidy

Being upstairsBed was squeaky

Full equipment even laundry detergent. The washing machine is super nice. Easy to park. Nice staff. Room size is good for a three people family.

The shampoo and conditioner…

I stayed here for one night only, but could have easily stayed longer (2 people). Conveniently located and very clean and comfortable with anything you need including washing machine and dryer if needed. I thought it was very quiet, too, given it's off a main street. Missed a large pot in the kitchenette, but was quickly given one.

Can't think of anything, really.

Nice staff,Very good locationClean and nice place

It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed

The couch had a wobbly leg and one of the single beds dipped in the corner and when we looked underneath a leg was missing

It was a good location and parking was available. The staff were pleasant and the facilities good - best washer and tumble set up on our tour so far.

All good

Location to walk into town was good. Early check in was available to us.

A lot of outside light entered room at night. Traffic noise could be heard.

Washer dryer in the unit was a lifesaver for week long stay! Great location. Staff were so nice and hospitable! Very clean and tidy!

Tidy and great location - stone's throw from Hagley Park and Merivale. Excellent for walkers

The property was clean, great location, excellent staff, and overall wonderful.

Awesome room. Spacious and really appreciated the washing machine and dryer.

Spacious, comfortable, good value, helpful owner. Convenient to Botanic Gardens. Good Thai restaurant nearby.

Clean and tidy 2 bedroom unit. Washing machine and dryer in unit is a bonus.

Carpet was vacuumed clean but desperately needs to be steam cleaned very stained carpet.

Modern, stylish, spacious and comfortable.

Nothing. Although the kitchen could use a colander!

Location was great rooms were excellent and staff very helpful

We only spent one night at this lovely motel and we like it a lot. Everything in the room is quite new. The washer and dryer are handy, also the fully equipped kitchen. It’s also not far away from CHC center.
