The owners were so friendly and welcoming. Their communication was so professional. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable with fresh, clean, crisp bedding. The specious shower, although over the spa bath, was incredible with excellent pressure. We also received a little bottle of fresh milk (way better than the long life pottles of milk one usually receives in motel rooms). We felt that this added a personal touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were most helpful providing us with a late night arrival after our flight. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed for your stay.Free off street parking was a bonus.
I expected to hear the traffic as the motel is located on a busy road not far from an intersection but it wasn't nearly as bad as expected. If this is an issue for you perhaps ask for a quiet room - the staff are most accommodating and I am sure would provide this if possible.
The accommodation was beautifully presented and careful thought had been put into what one would need. The owners were friendly and helpful, putting our bikes in their garage for safe keeping.
We used this for our onward travel to airport. The bus outside went directly into Christchurch one way and the other way to the airport so was perfect. Handy large shop across the road for food. Large, clean room, comfortable bed with a kitchenette including electric hob if you needed to prepare food.
The room had a reed diffuser which we discovered was masking an unpleasant drain smell from the bathroom.

Happy and friendly welcome from the managers/owners. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including kitchenette, to have a restful stay. The location was great for us on our travels. We appreciated being able to bring the dog, with the option there to have her inside if needed, although she stayed in the car parked right outside.
Everything was great, but if anything needed improving, I would say the lighting was quite "white", so a warmer light might feel more relaxing.
Convenient location to go to Kaikōura, Arthur’s Pass and Airport. Clean rooms and great service from staff assisting us with late check in, and ensuring we had clean rooms and amenities.

The 2 bedroom apartment is super clean with all the facilities . Proper kitchen and pots and pans supplied .Pak N Save is located right opposite for the groceries. Staff is super friendly and nice .Would love to stay at the same place if we return to Christchurch for another holiday .

The place was clean, well equipped and comfortable! The owners are very friendly and ensure we had what we needed. The bed was so comfortable.
Great unit. The owners made our stay very comfortable. We needed a ground floor unit and they moved things around to make it work.
On arrival.pleasant and welcoming .Unit clean and fresh.Lovely beds spotless linen Everything very high standard of cleaning noted .We have a pet hound and found that area safe when on lead .Very informative re parks handy .Great location.

The toilet floor in the upper unit is very slippery.
