Just a wee bit dated but still tidy and clean with all facilities.

It is clean and walking distance to the mall. The room being cleaned, they emptied the rubbish can.

There is no ceramic on the floor at the kitchen and bathroom, so it is very cold. The ironing board tilted and has a burned mark. The office left unattended at the supposedly office hour. The wifi unstable , cannot be used in the room.

Room had everything we needed.Good on site parking.Great location for Takeaway shops, mall further up the road for food or general shoppingHandy location to Hagley park and a good walk into the city.Beds were very comfortable

Window was broken, therefore we could hear alot of road noise.The main road is very busy all day and evening.

Staff particularly helpful. HELPED CARRY LUGGAGE UPSTAIRS FOR US(77. AND 74 years old).Unit clean

Some outside noises.EG The train. Very outdated bathroom. Chips in the fibreglass shower stall. Over due for an update. I don't think there was any double glazing. The double or Queen size bed was up against two walls . One behind and one to a side the bed. This made entering and exiting the bed for one difficult.. There was ample UHT milk but I'd have preferred fresh milk A small snack such as a biscuit would have been appreciated.

Accommodating staff. Good room. On the main bus routes. Massive beautiful park close by.

A bit dated. Staff there said “you had better leave by 10” it was a little unfriendly as we were packed and ready to leave and it was 940am. We are not all going to take advantage!

Decor needs updating.

Annabelle Motel was a very nice place to stay. We stayed here twice in one week. The heating in the units was excellent. Plenty of parking was also a bonus. Hosts were lovely, nothing was a bother. Great price also.

The location is really good. Close to town and the park.

The room was clean enough, but the room was not too comfortable (beds and sheets).

Room needed a bit more love and to be cleaned a little better. Shower wasn't the greatest but it worked

Nice and easy to find, good parking and very friendly staff , I would recommended to put a few address and name of restaurant and shop you can buy food or eat there , the Idian restaurant on the right as you pass the railway is excellent .nd the 24 hours daity is ok

The location of the motel was great

The bed was hard the bed hadnt been made properly as there was a big lump in the centre of it, and there was a an empty toilet roll on the holder with the new roll sitting on top, it was a cold night and the electric blanket didn't even work.

The fact we had booked a 2 bedroom unit last October and when we arrived found it had been allocated to someone else. However the duty manager did make an alternative arrangement which did suit our needs.

Location to Hagley park and shops and restaurants

The room smelt damp and a little musty and the only way to air it out was opening windows or doors. No air conditioning

Very friendly staff, was a quieter motel as the room I stayed in did not join the neighbouring rooms, there was an emergency stairwell between each bedroom, conveniently located in walking distance top mall and restaurants

The railway line was a couple of doors down but once I got used to it wasn't a problem

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location and exceptional value for money.

Quiet unit near back of property. Good parking for vehicle. Helpful stuff.

Could have had more kitchen pots, colander etc
