Bush Inn Court Motel

The helpful, friendly staff and the location to supermarket and other shops within walking distance

One of the disadvantages of an upstairs room is the cigarette smoke from other visitors below.

Customer service was very polite and also wait to hand over the key

Need more fans in each room

Friendly staff, kitchenet

No air conditioning in room

Easy arrival good location clean

Tidy, clean, very comfortable studio.

It would have been great to have a small kitchen sink for rinsing things, getting water, pouring out any liquids.

Good parking outside our unit.

The couch. Really uncomfortable. Saw at least 3 cockroaches on the kitchen bench space. Ranchslider didn’t have a stopper and I jammed finger in door upon opening from the outside. Rained heavily on leaving accommodation and loading suitcases etc in car; standing in a large pool of water that had nowhere to drain away.

Receptionist was pleasant on arrival

Heater was cold, wall heater didn't work, TV didnt work, hot water was warm, towel rack was broken overall we were cold in the room during our stay

Reasonable price. Great facilities. The staff was the best part of the place. Friendly, enthusiastic and very accommodating.

Beds were overly hard.

Great communication, appreciate the ease of checking in when unattended. Brought our dog over for surgery he seemed comfortable being in his crate the whole time. Appreciated it was animal friendly. The beds were surprisingly comfortable! I have a very bad back and most hotels motels have hard as rock beds so this was a bonus.

The toilet didn't flush properly and was in a yucky uncleaned state (not pretty), the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, arrived to about 5 spiders in the room and shower. Mirror in bathroom was very unclean and moldy. Shower door kept opening by itself, and the bathroom door did not close at all. Seemed like an emergency housing motel, felt a little uneasy at times with the permanent residents watching our moves.

Service was excellent when we requested for it.

There were cockroaches in the food pantry, in the fridge and in the microwave.

Had a very pleasant one night stay. Very tidy comfy and clean room. Great communication with hosts.

No breakfast.Convenient location

Very tiny space. Very old furniture. Dirty carpet & curtains. Mattress needs to be renewed - very soft.Narrow staircase to upstairs room.Bad smell.

Clean and spacious good bathroom good kitchen facilities

All good

Charging $145 a night, should be more like $70

The units are very shabby and desperately need updated. I think they ate over priced and should be more priced around back packers. And then the shower only worked for 2 minutes and went cold. The car parks would e great if you were a sardine.

Clean comfortable lovely staff, shower needs upgraded

Clean, convenient and spacious

Amazing friendly, informative customer service, including a phone call upon booking to confirm check in and provide instructions. Very accommodating of our dog. Seamlessly accommodated a late check-in and check-out. Very clean and tidy, though older facilities (i.e. bathroom) showing wear and tear, but as expected for the age/price. Perfect for our needs. Unit had a table to work on and good wifi available. Would definitely stay here again in future when looking for somewhere for work and travelling with my dog.

Parking area was limited, we had to park offsite around the corner, but it was only a short walk. Facilities are showing their age, with wear and tear. More so the bathroom. Still very clean and tidy despite this.

Good size room, quiet and handy.

Good location. Great staff

Couch uncomfortable

Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful.Great location and very close to the University.Shower was hot and the pressure was good.

The room was clean but the bathroom does need a bit of work as things are a bit run down. Our room had recently been painted so there was still quite a strong smell of paint.
